This hotel was one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen or stayed at. It feels like you’re on a movie set. There was actually a tv show filming while we stayed but we weren’t bothered by them at all. The restaurant…omg, the restaurant. Just eat there every night, it’s a culinary dream! The staff was all so helpful and friendly. This place is special. I can’t believe our luck in finding it. We actually canceled previous plans to just relax at the hotel all day a couple of times. Stay here!

There is nothing not to like about this hotel.

Jardi d‘Artà is a precious jewel tucked away in the best part of Mallorca, don’t miss it. As good and as unique as the boutique hotel was, the food was better (they deserve at least a Michelin mention!), the people made the experience. From Lauries to Rachel to (Ga)Briel, and our favorite Austrian, the master Chef d’Cuisine, they made our stay unforgettable.

The outdoor spaces, pools and little retreats were amazing for kicking back and reading a book! The room was great, really big and AC was a godsend. We stayed here for Honeymoon, the staff left us a welcome bottle of bubbly and were all really friendly throughout our stay. Arta was the perfect base to explore the surrounding towns and coast, and Arta itself was great for evening strolls and meals out. We'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a quiet trip, away from the hustle and bustle of tourist hot spots.

There is really nothing not to like here!

Lovely traditional house with a garden. Located in the old town and yet with a parking possibility (reserve in advance). Very friendly and attentive staff. Nice breakfast. Our superior room was rather dark and more basic than superior, but yet cozy. Extra comfortable bed with the best pillows during our whole trip.

The wifi signal in our upper floor room was very week/non existent. We also had respective problems with the TV signal. If you feel uneasy in elevators, I would advice you to take the stairs. The hotel's ancient elevator may be a bit frightening experience.

Beautifully restored property in the heart of Artà. Excellent restaurant on-site and the service of all the staff is top-notch. Small hotel but exquisitely furnished and comfortable. Absolutely delicious white sangria made by Gabriel!

Pillows are too flat.

The hotel was dreamy. Two pools set within beautiful gardens that are well looked after. Views were spectacular. Artà is a lovely town with some great restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel was expensive (25 euros per person), but delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I would recommend highly.

The style of it and proximity to the town, beautiful breakfast well presented and very good quality very comfortable bed. Friendly staff

We would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room as breakfast didn’t start until 0830. We feel bottled water should have been standard in the room and replenished daily .

Beautiful Boutique hotel nestled in a garden of citrus trees and plants overlooking a grand church and ancient monastery and just a short walk from the sweet town of Artà. Breakfast is superb!!

Small thing, wifi was spotty for us. Next time i’ll be sure to bring a book.

A lovely boutique hotel with comfortable rooms and in a good location for exploring Arta. The breakfast is very good and in an extremely pretty courtyard garden.

We would have liked to have eaten in the hotel but when we arrived we were told it was completely booked up. It would have helped if we had been advised to book the restaurant in advance as we had expected as residents of a small hotel we would have been able to book a table.

It feels like home here. Staffs are beyond friendly, everything is very personal. Also high flexibility on lots of things, i.e. the pool/steam room open time. We loved it here.
