A comfortable hotel, with air conditioning and heating. A nice balcony in case you want to take some breakfast in the morning. I liked that for its value for money, it was good and it is an option that I could consider again the next time I am visiting the city.

The property is a little far from the city centre, and many tourist attractions. You would have to take a taxi if you want to get there quickly, but if you don't have problems with the time, you can take a bus or the metro line, however the bus stop is a little remote. Another observation is that the reception is not 24hrs, so you must make sure that you do not need anything before the closing time. The checkout is done by yourself and the next day's departure time seems a little early to me, considering that the check-in is done from 2:00 p.m. The day before. Otherwise, everything is fine.

The concierge was helpful in an epic way being I checked in a bit too late while semi-lost in Barcelona. It might go without saying, but guest-staff interaction makes or breaks a review. This guy explained everything with near perfect English and was patient to attend to my needs even though it was end of his shift. The room was comfortable, well kept, the location adequate (given I was kinda lost), definitely recommend for solo travellers.

No view to speak of but that's not high on my list of priorities. )

We liked our stay in the House by Pillow! We were upgraded to a room with a gorgeous terrace and that definitely made our stay in this hotel even better! The room itself has all the basic facilities, such as coffee, tea, they even provide drinking water, clean towels every day, small fridge (very useful). It was easily accessible by metro and walking distance to must see Bunker de Rovira.

Everything was great.

The room was neat, maybe a little small. however, we got one with a large terrace, but we didn't have time to spend time there. We stayed for three nights, the room was cleaned every day, we got coffee and tea and cookies. There was a kettle in the room. The metro station is not far away, it takes about 5-7 minutes to walk.

The water in the shower took a long time to heat up.

It had everything as described Even better We really liked the room, the room was big enough for 3 people. Clean and the room had a nice scent even if we would come back after lots of hours outside. The guy at the reception and the lady of service were both super kind and smiley.

The room was clean, spacious and comfy. The real wow factor of this hotel was the service from the man at reception Ámbar, he was quick to fix any problem that I had and was effective. His warming greeting was a great start to my Barcelona experience. Thankyou BYPILLOW, and Thankyou Ámbar for the awesome job!

Quiet location. i felt a little uncomfortable that the taxi driver said he had never been to the area before… lots of graffiti around and I had never been to Barcelona before… the area was reallllly quiet. Close enough to Maragall station ( 7 min walk ) Room was spotless. Very Close to laundromat/ lavanderia speed queen.

more like a guest house than a hotel. thin sheets. Nonetheless, very well-maintained. Not very close on foot to areas of my interest. Mould/ moisture damage around vent.

I liked the cleanliness of the room, the menage was excellent and the bed was super comfortable !

I didn't like the feelbag with a receptionist and the fact there is not food in the hotel (buffet or other).

Rooms were very clean, staff were very helpful and friendly. It was quiet around the time we were there so we were not disturbed much at all. We got in late but was easily able go get into the gotel/room with a code. The location is a bit out of the centre but we prefer this as it was not as busy/touristy and the bars and restaurants were much cheaper. It is wl connected by the metro so was.very easy to quickly get around. Overall we had a great stay here and would stay there again!

Check in times were slightly difficult just as we had to be back the next day after 2pm to check in due to getting in later the first night, therefore had to travel back from what we were doing the next day. But it wasn't too much trouble

It is an excellent place. It is very clean, has comfy beds, and has friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist (Lea) gave us excellent tips about where to eat and how to get around the area. I highly recommend it.
