The location was perfect. Good communication.

One of the toilets didn't flush properly. But we alerted them and they responded.Sometimes things just happen.

Clean spacious apartment. Loved the shower in the second bathroom but cubicle could do to be bigger. Short walk to the nearest metro which was great and local shops and restaurants around. 15 - 20 min walk to Sagrada Familiar where we found lots of restaurants. Local hospital is just across the road which was great as my sister had a fall and needed to use it.

Lack of communication with the manager/owner. Decided to take train and metro to the apartment but weren't sure on what line to take to get to the nearest metro. Once we had figured it out it was easy to navigate but would be great if sent this info prior to arriving. Was given what I thought was a door code on booking but couldn't get in so needed to phone on arrival. Phone calls answered quickly. Need welcome pack to explain equipment in apartment and what local amenities are around.

The apartment is very nice, with a good location. There is a spacious terrace and all the necessary appliances and utensils for the household.

There was no soap and toiletries in the bathroom, as written in the description of the apartment. There were also no cleaning products.

There Was a little confusion on keys/codes as the self check in shows pictures of two cabinets near the Check in screen leading us to believe that an actual key was retrievable with a code. The process asked us to call but our phones were not working for calla. We went through booking.com and texted to find out that the code was needed to enter the facility and our room. Problem solved. Also, Locks to patio doors not easy to use. Handle on patio door very loose. No instructions for use of safe. Shower floor slippery, possible fall risk.

WiFi is good, appartmant is new and specious.

Check-in communication - worst possible I have ever had using booking... The expected process (that should have been automatic) is not working at all. Then I had to reach them via mobile in roming... additional costs on my end! They do not have Viber, WhatsApp... Not to mention English level!?!? On some messages using Booking App they have never answered... even after check-out. Terrible procedures they introduced and yet not supporting them. For 5 nights no clean towels replacement... I have seen ZERO hosts. One night at 3:30 AM, abother visitor/guest woke me up in order to ask how to leave keys because no one has explained to him how...

The apartament was really nice. The staff person who met us was great and helped us a lot. Air con working, hot water running, clean white sheets and plenty of clean white towels.

Is not much, but maybe they should provide some soap and shower gel.

there were no basics. no shampoo, no soap, no salt, no pepper shakers, or basic kitchen pantry type stuff.

Immaculate apartment decorated and fitted to an exceptional standard. We had some missing baggage on the way to Barcelona so having a washing machine was a blessing! The balcony was really large, it would benefit from some patio furniture or outside seating. The property is very close to local cafes and shops and the underground metro is a short walk away.

We had a bit of confusion upon check in. We checked in using the self-service machine and received a key card but could not find our room. Once we called the helpline we discovered our accommodation was in another apartment building and were met with a set of keys. Sadly only one set of keys between the three of us for a two bed apartment, a second set would have been nice to allow us to visit different tourist destinations.

It was comfortable, had good air conditioning and wi-fi, we were able to park under the building, had a lift to get to the floor, and it was very clean!

Coffee maker didn’t work (maybe I bought the wrong pods), they did not have any coffee to put in the maker, the main bathroom had a sqealing/fan noise constantly, and the only soap available was for the dishes.

I like the comfortable beds and two showers were a nice touch. No extra charge for late check-in was also very nice. The decor of the apartment was different but nice.
