My room was clean and spacious with a nice city view. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep and the bathroom was stocked with all the needed toiletries. Well-equipped kitchenette. On the top floor, there is a large terrace with a great view of the city skyline. The location is ideal for exploring the local area.

The studio was fully equipped—not only did it have a kitchen with a microwave and cooktop, but it also included a dishwasher, an iron, and an ironing board. It was exceptionally clean and located just a 5-minute walk from metro line L3 (Liceu), which provides a direct connection to the airport. The staff was very friendly, and they offer free luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. Guests have the option to purchase breakfast at the hotel, and complimentary coffee and tea are available in the lobby for free. At the entrance, there is a doorman who opens the door for guests each time they enter.

Ideal location for tourists. Right on La Ramblas and close to hop on-off tour bus stop to other points of interest. Also very comfortable hotel apartment with kitchenette. Very accommodating. Has luggage storage if you arrive before room is available for check in. Can get clean towels from front desk anytime. Free coffee /tea/hot chocolate machine, ice and water for guests in lobby area. Beautiful roof top area for guests to relax with great views of the city (magical at night)!

Most expensive lodging per night on our trip in Spain but the location and overall quality of the stay made it acceptable.

Clean, spacious room; nice, vibrant location

Since the hotel functions as an apartment, a comprehensive instructions as to what to do to avoid additional charges (like cleaning). We took it like we have to take out trash before checkout? We were not sure about this so we did it.

The hotel is good and modren with all required facilities/amenities. The apartment is comfortable for a family of four. The bathroom was huge and well designed. Free coffee and hot chocolate machines in reception areas were treet for kids.

The hotel has a narrow entrance from the street. La rambla street was under construction. La Rambla is not a very good choice to stay in this price . Though very happening but dirty. Stalls in the street are not a good idea at all. Problem is not with the hotel but with the street. May be a good to stay after the road construction is completed in a couple of months. Eixample area is much better and exclusive . Can find 5 star hotel there in this price . Eixample area close to everything too.

The hotel was in a busy area but felt very safe. There was security on the door and to use the lift you needed a key card. We could leave our luggage there before we checked in and after we checked out. Our room was quiet with the window closed. There was a brilliant roof terrace with views over the city. The staff were lovely. Very helpful. We didn’t have breakfast but there was a coffee machine to use in reception. The reception area was a comfortable place to sit and relax.

The room had a kettle and mugs and a fridge. Bowls and spoons would have been good too.

We loved the roof top area. It was a peaceful area overlooking the city after the site seeing each day. Our room was spacious for city accommodation and the hotel quiet and clean. We'd recommend this inner city hotel to anyone with reduced mobility, it was well situated with easy access to the buses, metro and taxi services. There was plenty of places in the hotel to sit, rest and enjoy the space. This made it a great experience for us as we were not confined to just one room.

The only disappointment we found was getting rid of our rubbish as there was no room service. There was a rubbish area in the basement area.

The location of the hotel was excellent in the heart of La Ramble and within walking distance to many popular attractions. The staff was friendly and attentive, with Mr. Tony offering particularly helpful assistance. Our family of four was able to stay comfortably in the suite. We chose not to have breakfast in the hotel, so cant speak to that, but overall, it was good experience.

There was an ongoing road construction during our stay, which created some noise. Even though we were on 8th floor with the windows closed, the sound was still noticeable and a bit disruptive at times.

A well organised room, spacious and bright, with all the needed appliances and services. Next to the Ramblas and Gothic Quarter, only few steps away from the metro station Liceu. There is a large Carrefour supermarket round the corner and a lot of bar and restaurants. Attractions are few steps away, as well.

I would improve the thickness of the duvets (bed covers). In recent years, hotels are offering only a thin duvet, that is annoying in winter times. If you feel cold in the night is not always applicable to warm up the room with the heating pump. Would be nice to have the option of a thicker duvet. :)

Location was perfect, room was very much clean, to tell you the truth I wouldn't have imagined that a hotel of this quality and location would be this much clean and appropriate for kids, if I get the chance I would love to go again!

I paid a decent amount of money I could have gotten a free breakfast even tho I might have not had it (probably would not had the time) but it would have been a good gesture, and coffee being for free was a really good idea so thank you. Room cleaning service I could have had a ONE day free service
