Room was super clean and comfortable. A very good Breakfast (not included in the price) with a variety of items on a daily basis. Hotel is a very good location, few mins walk from the train station and metro.

Given our flight was cancelled due to the Crowdstrike issue on the 19th July and lost 2 nights from our original booking since we arrived 2 days later nothing was offered. I was not expecting a refund as room was still held for us but at least I would have expected to have a free breakfast after all the hassle we went through. Again nothing wrong with the hotel and not the hotel's fault we lost our flight but it would have been nice to compensate for the bad experience and extra money we had to pay to get to Barcelona.

The location was very ideal - a 10 mins walk away from the Metro. It had a souvenir shop, a mini market and plenty of coffee shops and restaurants near by... the location was very ideal to get everywhere by walking too... The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. For the price and location I would definitely stay again...

There is no kettle in the room, so I missed not being able to have a hot drink when needed, but there is a coffee shop opposite the hotel, where I used to go... Also the Aircon was not cooling the room too much, it felt a bit warm... but it was bearable

We arrived at the hotel much earlier than the check in time because that’s when our cruise ship got into port. The first hotel clerk we encountered was abrupt and cold. I guess he didn’t like the fact we arrived early. The hotel did hold on to our luggage so we walked around Barcelona for a while. When we returned the same clerk was on duty. Again he just wasn’t a pleasant person to deal with. We got checked in ok. Our room was bigger than expected. Very clean. After a rest we returned to the lobby to ask about restaurants in the area. A new clerk was now working, and he couldn’t have been nicer. He took out a map, circled places to go, and made suggests. When we returned after dinner he again was very nice, asking us how was our dinner and if we liked his recommendations. We did. We talked for a while and had a very pleasant conversation. Room was very quiet at night. The only thing about the hotel is its location. It is a short walk to the train station which made it very convenient, but there really isn’t much to see in the immediate area of the hotel. One good thing is the hop on hop off bus tour has a stop only a short walk from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

Location is great, really close to the train station, very convenient. Breakfast was also remarkable with a buffet with a broad range of options for all tastes and nutrition habits. Different kinds of breads, good ham (jamon serrano, a local classic), pancakes, fruit, cereal, eggs, yoghurt... you name it! And finally, the possibility of leaving your luggage in storage for free once you check out, makes your life as a tourist really easy.

The room was pretty simple but too warm, even when the heating was switched off. I expected to find a coffee maker in the room but it was not there.

Open 24 hour desk. Was essential as we arrived @ midnight.

Really had nothing to do with the hotel, but Bookings provided directions. The walking instructions were “TERRIBLE!!!” Google had us walk all the way around the Barcelona train station! After twenty minutes of walking, & crossing several streets, we gave up & caught a taxicab. The driver was nice enough to show us the direction to the hotel. Back across several lanes of traffic & down the road approximately 300m. He was so nice, we opted to take his taxi & pay the 10€ due to all the oneway streets to get from the taxi stand & the hotel.

I have stayed in the hotel before, because is comfortable, the reception staff very helpful, also the breakfast is adequate & staff and close to Santz Station

Very important Safety Issue **It needs a hand rail on the wall in the shower for SAFETY (to get in and out) I experienced some difficulty. I consider it very IMPORTANT, I will still return to the Hotel on the 4 & 5 June 2024 Happy Guest

Thé breakfast was a great start to the day, but it a very dark sombre room. The staff were at all times friendly. The room was spacious enough although outdated. The location was near a metro line and the main Sants station but I would have preferred in town. Overall a good option on my own though

The location was perfect as we had to be close to the station. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were lovely. The breakfast was perfectly adequate, a good choice of both continental and hot. I would definitely recommend, especially if you need station access.

Proximity to metro and train stations.

There seemed to be a renovation in the rooms. However, the renovation in shower is terrible, there is no way you can have a shower without water spilling and running away on bathroom floor. The glass frame is ridiculously small and does not provide efficient sealing.

The location is good near Sants station and we walked to all the main sights. Cheap and cheerful taverns nearby. Room is basic but comfortable.

Unfortunately, I booked the wrong dates and asked if I could move it (not cancel it). They would not allow it even though I said I would add an extra night. The booking had no cancellation and it was my error but I thought it would be nice to have some consideration with this. Staff weren’t overly friendly nor were they rude but after a 26 hour flight we arrived exhausted before check in and we asked if he knew when we would be roughly be able to return to check in and he just shrugged and said he didn’t know. Not a bad place to stay but no extra customer service either.
