The Breakfast was excellent choice and kept freshly updated all the time. The location of the Hotel was great just off the Rambla. All the staff were very pleasant and provided an excellent service. The room was very spacious and the shower was the best in 10 years. (the pressure) I would recommend the Hotel to anyone.

A great hotel with a lovely breakfast, modern design and lovely pool. The staff were all great and really helpful.

Sadly, the location is possibly the roughest place I have ever stayed. I’ve never been more aware of perennial pickpocketing or crime than I have there. The street and surrounding areas almost feel like you shouldn’t go out after dark.

Good location, comfortable room and very good breakfast. Mostly friendly staff and pleasantly surprised by the free upgrade. Very good value for money

The bar was unmanned so not a hotel for anyone wanting to drink at their accommodation.

The hotel is really good, amazing and curtious staff. The breakfast options although are limited but it was all good.

Outside the window view, it opened to another couple of residential apartments' back side. There could have been a room refrigerator.

The room was a great size and had a balcony where you could watch the world go by. The included breakfast was really good for a 3-star property. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Lack of facilities (no gym or tea/coffee facilities in your room) there was a coffee machine downstairs in the lobby but I didn't find it until day 3. The staff were really rude on almost every interaction. I asked for a coffee on my first morning and instead of telling me where the coffee machine was the man at the front desk suggested we could find accommodation elsewhere that has tea/coffee facilities. If you can get past the staff the hotel itself is a little gem. Although location was in an undesirable area, it was close to the main areas and we never felt unsafe.

I was very nervous about the location of the hotel as a solo, woman traveller. However, I had no big issues. You just need to be careful in general in this city. The hotel was very central, and there was a self-service coffee machine in the lobby available 24/7. Breakfast was okay, and both the room and the hotel were very clean.

There was only one trash bin in the room, and it was in the bathroom, so I had to throw even food waste there. Additionally, there were no slippers in the room, and while the towels were clean, they didn’t smell very nice.

Location

A lovely hotel with modern, good quality furnishings and design. It was very clean at all times. Breakfast was adequate and it was convenient. The location has some good sights around it and plenty of cafes/restaurants that are walkable. It is however in a rather dodgy part of the city, on a one-way street with small sidewalks. Significant police presence however and the door to the hotel is locked. It’s a while away from the major attractions but the metro is not far. I would still recommend although perhaps not with young children.

The area has significant drug issues.
