Although you don't meet any of the staff (self check-in and check-out) they were very helpful and reachable via Whatsapp. I liked how spacious the room was, with the terrace which are quite rare in Barcelona. Bathroom was also so nice and big, even nicer than the pictures. It had a panorama ceiling that I did not expect, but didn't mind as there were no windows visible around to breach any privacy. The area is nice & calm, mostly locals and away from all the touristic crowds, great place to see a more local side of the city and practice your Spanish :)

Nothing comes to mind. I was a little bothered that check-in time was 4pm, but I arrived at 1:30pm with a lot of luggage, and they offered me the room at that time since it was ready, which I appreciated.

My girlfriend and me really enjoyed the stay. Beautiful apartment, great breakfast and the women for the breakfast was super friendly and kind. We loved our stay and felt very welcome. Easy and convenient check-in and check-out system.

- Check-in from 4pm onwards is a little late - Not a lot of privacy with the open bathroom

Exceptionally clean and really nicely decorated property with a lot of thoughtful details. it was incredibly quiet despite being in such a densely populated part of the city, but I think we also got lucky that there weren’t many other guests. they provided a travel cot for our baby which was perfect and communication around this was all very prompt and easy. room was cleaned every day and bed very comfortable…water pressure super good. what else could you want?

the check in process was a little bit onerous and took ages, they sent an obnoxious amount of emails prompting us to scan our documents before we arrived.

Lovely "front desk" staff. Always available and very helpful. Great location. 20ish mins walk to Sagrada, close to many restaurants and shops, short walk to L4 metro line. Housekeeping was great. Almost no noise at all during the night.

No sink in toilet room. Handheld bidet/bottle needed.

Likes how much space I had in my room and also how nice it looked. these things made me feel comfortable and enjoy my stay. The palacete itself was also cool. Easy to get in and out and also to contact them even though you don’t get to see anyone (only the cleaning ladies in the mornings).

There was nothing I disliked about my stay. Had a lamp that was not working and didn’t got it fixed. But one day the water was not to warm and it got fix the day after, with staff being really cordial.

Beautiful property and my wife and I rated this as the best of all the places we stayed in during our three week trip through Europe. We do not love “virtual stays” usually because the technology is not user centric. However this was the “Apple” of virtual stays. We were not only surprised but delighted that it all worked effortlessly and without a hitch.

Excellent Location at Gracia, which is a total enjoyment to just get lost and wander around. If you prefer less touristy places, this is the place to go. 5 min from metro, another bonus. Spacious room as compared to many other hotels at this price range.

the registration before checking in requires passport and face recognition, that's a bit complicated.

Room looks just like the pictures, lovely decoration, bathtub etc., good value for money. Be aware that you have to download an app and check in through that, there is no reception or staff present unless requested. This was all easy to do and hassle-free, would certainly book again and no waiting or queues, but just be aware of it.

The place is different, the complimentary breakfast was a great surprise and the staff were wonderful.

The shower was open and the sink was in the room, which was weird because I was travelling with a friend. I would have preferred a closed bathroom.

Very comfortable, big and quiet apartment, fully equipped kitchen. Nice patio and common space. Great calm location walking distance up to 20 mins to Sagrada Familia or Park Guell, subway in te near. Gracia district is one of the best to experience local atmosphere of Barcelona.

Online check-in process is complicated, especially on the phone and for more persons (family), please consider to improve. I understand safety etc. but it's far too much now, also comparing to market average. Some furniture elements and wall decoration a little stale and would require renovation or replacement, eg. next to shower.
