Location was excellent right on La Rambla we had a view of La Rambla from our small balcony, rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Had cocktails one night on La Rambla from the hotel bar and these were lovely. Lovely touch was that they left water in the room with some sweets and a lovely note to welcome us, there was water stations throughout the hotel so we could top up.

What was great: free dispenser of cold water with which you could fill a bottle in the lobby and on the floor. In the room refrigerator with a free surprise - bottles of drinks. In addition, a bottle of water specially for filling from the dispenser. Welcome candy. And further during the stay already found us a gift of oil and vermut. It's very nice when during your stay already in the room you get further - even if only small - bonuses. As for the rest: The rooms are clean. The air conditioner works. The hotel is located on the main street (Rambla), but when you close the window it is really quiet - you can sleep without a problem. Towels new every day. Beautiful atmospheric lobby. Very close to the metro and the main tourist market. To the sea 25 minutes walk but by metro you can also embrace.

The only thing that was wrong - but this is really a nuance and rather issues of "cultural stitching :-) " - is how the bed was sheeted: you had to really struggle to get out the next layers put on the sides (to be able to cover yourself).

Very good location on La Rambla, and stunning front entrance. Rooms were comfortable and up kept, with a sizeable mini fridge for storing store bought items. Superb hospitality from the front desk Manager as well! The hotel provides a breakfast buffet which costs €15/pp a meal, it is a great convenience however wasn’t the greatest selection for the price- enjoyed and consistently attended by us nevertheless.

There was a very frequent tendency of the key to not work properly, either requiring multiple insertions before success, or never attaining it. The receptionists were quick to solve the issue each time, but it did reoccur and was of inconvenience and great annoyance to ourselves.

The staff were all so helpful and friendly and always made time to answer any questions etc and the reception is open 24hr. The hotel itself is so pretty and posh looking, loads of antique pieces and paintings dotted about gave the hotel a nice charm and it was really nice to look at. The rooms are lovely and spacious and get cleaned everyday, the aircon was a god send and is very strong and good! Don't need it on for too long. The breakfast room is lovely aswell, really bright and open. It is in the shape of a ring and you can see the reception when you l9ok down through the ring, very nice. The food is simple but nice, there's a small warm section where they serve bacon, sausage, eggs and beans and then they have a big selection of breads and pastries and also fruits. The breakfast is 12€ pp pd and you just pay at the end of your stay. The food gets topped up regularly and the staff and friendly and keep up with making sure the tables are clean and available. The location is great as you are in the heart of the La Rambla Street and is a close walk to pretty much everything. We visited the marina, the beach, the Olympic stadium (we on our trip for a Harry Styles concert) all without getting transport although busses and taxis are very easy to come by. The overall stay was absolutely lovely and would recommend the hotel to anyone aswell as staying there again myself.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. Our room didn't have a kettle but we asked for one at reception and one was put in our room by time we arrived back from our day. The only think that could have made it better/easier maybe is if they also provided us with some coffee sachets etc aswell but it was fine we just managed to get some from the breakfast room.

Beautiful hotel, very helpful and kind personnel. Very comfortable beds and pillows (there were 2 long pillows per person), and beds are pretty stiff (in a good way). In the room is a fridge, a small kettle and collection of coffee and tea. Near the elevator there's a water point, where you can refill your bottles of water for free with warm, cold or bubbled water. I've received the room upgrade during the check-out, and the next day my spouse was chosen as the "guest of a day". We were brought some edible presents and received a custom "visitor of the day" carpet in front of our room . It was unexpected and pretty fun! :) Consuela from the staff assisted me about finding the correct parking lot (the cheapest one in the area, if you can call 25 EUR per day cheap, but others are even more expensive), which is indeed only 100m from the hotel. Hotel location is amazing, many things is accessible by foot. The famous food market is 5 minutes walk (visit it!). The breakfast was good (cheese, ham, eggs, sweets, sausages, e.t.c.).

There was some noise from the La Rambla road during the light day (it was not loud in the night) and it was expected due to hotel's location, it was not loud and I had no problems with sleep.

The lobby and reception area were beautiful, staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the hotel is in a great location with easy access to public transport, as well as walking distance to the beach, harbour and many other attractions.

The room was not ready when we arrived, however the staff kept our bags and we were able to sit across the road and have a drink while we waited from one of the many options there. The room was also quite hot and stuffy, with air conditioning making little difference- if I was staying longer (or in the hotter months) I think this could have been a slight issue.

Room had a great view of La Rumba, the lobby is beautiful. The staff where very friendly and helpful. They even upgraded us as it was both our birthday.

I think it’s advertised that there is a terrace which is a little misleading as most people would assume it was a roof terrace. But it’s a terrace within the lobby. Also in the lobby there was only one working plug socket for guests to charge their phones whilst waiting to check in or before they leave, not a huge deal but would be helpful

The location is fantastic! Close to the metro, shops, restaurants, landmarks, and the beach area. Very walkable and easy to get to your destinations. It's between two metro stops 2min walk to Liceu station and around 5 min walk to Drassanes station on Line 3 train (green line). You can also take the same line to famous landmarks. We used it to go to La Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo, Casa Mila, Park Guell, and Telefèric de Montjuïc.

The bed could be a little softer. We came during the fall so it was slightly cooler. We were able to open the balcony door whenever we felt too hot in the room but without AC in the warmer months, I imagine it would be uncomfortable. We were told there's not AC but the hotel listing indicates they have it. Just something to think about or set your expectations ahead.

Almost everything.. they have a wide selection for breakfast. The room is very spacious. The interior is quite great the bed was comfortable..

The heating broke at that time so it was a bit cold in the room. They were able to provide me a heating fan though. I would have given the accom a 10 if they were able to fix the problem right then and there however it was the weekend and they need an outside company to fix the issue which will only be available comes monday. But other than that, everything was great.

The location and the lobby were great. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

We were disappointed that the bar was not open and some other remodeling was going on, but it is encouraging for the hotel. The rooms were small, but keeping in the European tradition. UBC connection would also be helpful. Towels need to upgraded (too small and rough) and dirty cups or glasses need to be removed. The family room was very small.
