The location is perfect, the staff is very friendly, super positive and helpful. The guest house itself is clean, all the rules and conditions are explained in details and followed thoroughly. The kitchen has all the stuff you need and shared bathroom, if someone is concerned, is absolutely not a problem, as there never was an occasion, in which there were no free room in there. From the location itself any transport to any part of the city is in reach, which is perfect if you are planning a lot of exploration in or outside the city!

The AC, while working perfectly, used to make a weird and pretty loud sound once every 20-30 minutes.

It was well located and near the apartment my daughter was moving into. It was very clean and while I was nervous about staying with other people the other guests were very pleasant and generally quiet

I thought we had confirmed I could use the washer. Apparently guest or not allowed to use the washer. For extended stays I have to stay someplace where I can do laundry. Apparently the staff cleans the units linens in the washer and then I guess they take them somewhere for drying. So I would probably return there except for that

The location is perfect. Everything is close by. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the shared toilet was clean (the first time we stay in a house with a shared bathroom). Something that I would advise you to add to the room would be slippers to move inside the house. The room is small but it is very sufficient for the location it is. You are located in the city center and it is very easy to walk around and enjoy the city of Barcelona. If I come back to Barcelona, ​​I will definitely come back again.

The guest house is located just a few blocks off Plaza Catalunya, making it an easy place to stay for anyone taking the Aerobus to/from the airport. The common spaces are shared but cleaned daily. Wifi and air conditioning worked well. Check in was easy, the hosts were easy to contact and quick to respond.

One of the showers was slow to drain, but the hosts fixed it in within 24 hours. The kitchen could use paper towels to make it easier to clean up after use of the common space.

Location was perfect, close to metro, close to the center too :) aerobus stop is few minutes walk only 😊 the accommodation was amazing, clean, modern, big :) the pasta bar right next to the apartment entrance was delicious too, same as bars and food spots near the accommodation. we will definitely book again on our next stay in Barcelona, I recommend this place🫶🏻

My friend and I stayed for 6 nights and really enjoyed it. The room was very spacious and the air conditioner was great. The apartmrnt was kept very clean, staff were in daily cleaning and they were super friendly. There was one day we woke up and found that another person staying there had been smoking and left a massive mess in the kitchen. We contacted the owners and they were very responsive and even followed up the next day to check in.

All the facilities were easily accessible and had a high standard, especially the bathroom. Toiletries were provided in abundance and were very good quality. AC was working well and ear plugs were provided, which was useful, especially consiedering the fact the guest house is in a very busy area.

The stay would've been perfect if there was a bin available at the kitchen or room so it's easy to dispose of litter/rubbish. Moreover, there was sometimes issues with locking/unlocking the door of the apartment.

The location was great. Plaza Catalunya is 300 m away, which is where the airport shuttle drops off and picks up passengers for €6 per person, and comes every 5 minutes. There’s also a metro station in Plaza Catalunya. There’s another metro station at Universitat which is 100 m from the hotel. carrefour grocery store is about a 500m walk from the hotel. Very well-stocked supermarket Carrefour. The kitchen in the apartment hotel was very well stocked as well. The living area and dining rooms were spacious and well furnished. The bedroom was well appointed as well with a balcony and central air conditioning.

Despite texting the staff the previous night;and from the airport car rental that morning , nobody was waiting for us downstairs. A whole hour was wasted from 11 AM to noon. We had to wait for an hour and request a couple of locals to make a call to get the agent (Christopher) to show up to check us in. At the end of our stay, we have to store our bags at the nearby locker – locker Barcelona for €14.

Perfectly located, really central and within walking distance to all attractions in Barcelona. Comfortable beds, even if the room was quite simple and sober. Great shops and restaurants close by (the pasta restaurant downstairs is a must). We did not use the kitchen at all, but it looked well equiped.

Toilets and showers were cleaned once a day, mostly in the evening, but they were not really clean all the time. Even if it was separate to all the others, our room was quite loud, because of the showers next door and upstairs (also until late in the night) and the workers ourside.

Very comfortable beds, clean shared showers, amazing location. We thought it would be very loud but we slept very well and were both light sleepers. Never had any issues with the shared bathroom or other guests in the apartment.

Please replace the communal hand towels with paper towels! It was the only downside to our stay
