The ladies are amazing in the office. They organize everything and help you with everything. They are very kind. The Airport shuttle was well organized. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for a good holiday. Excellent location, pharmacy, shops, and ATM are within a 5-minute walking distance. We loved the big and clean pool. The deposit was refunded promptly.Very honest people.

The cleaning was not the best, but when I sent a picture of it to the ladies in the office, they offered to send the cleaning crew back.

Location was perfect. Just a short walk to main strip but far enough away to be quiet at night. Picking up keys was easy. Was able to get into property early which was a bonus. Very spacious apartment with everything needed.

No balcony but was aware of that. Would stay somewhere with balcony in summer months but was fine for December

No complaints at all we loved our stay here close to all the strip the beach whilst still being in a quiet area .well run apartments and no wild parties allowed which was excellent also

Fab location, comfortable beds, plenty of linen, pillows & towels.Has oven, hob, iron/ironing board, fridge/freezer (good size), microwave, kettle & toaster.Well equipped with mugs/kitchenware. Plenty of storage, really enjoyed staying here 🙂

Lose sockets/tiles (can be easily repaired). TV had no english channels.

The apartment block was secure and the concierge kept the shared areas both inside and out very clean. They maintained the pool on a daily basis. They were also very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Picking up the keys from the office across the road was really easy. The staff members were very polite and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Overall the apartment was clean and well equipped. We also had a small sitting area that overlooked the pool which was great too. We would recommend this apartment for a stay in Benidorm as it is near to everything - the beach, bars and restaurants everything is within walking distance.

Obviously, the apartment is constantly in use so the décor could do with freshening up and updating. However, it is well equipped and clean. The only other small complaint would be that the bath towels could be a bit bigger.

Great view. Nice size for 2 people. No English TV though.

Lack of facilities. Nice new bathroom but nowhere to put soap, shower gel etc in shower or to hang towels. No tin opener and only 2 massive pans to cook with. Long wait for lifts as on floor 24.

to clarify it was a stag do of approx 15 people, please bare this in mind. very close to the strip probably a 5 min walk downhill & across the road from 2 or 3 decent bars which accommodate stags and big groups well. we had 2 rooms of 6 and a room of 3 - all decent and ideal for what we needed - literally a bed for the night.

finding the check in is a bit of a faf, it’s actually across the road from the building - would ring when you arrive. entry into the property is gated & with only 2 keys per room for larger groups is a bit of a nightmare, but not the end of the world. would 100% recommend getting the aircon otherwise it’s hot. too hot.

Apartment next door we’re doing work on it from 5am in the morning and playing music which woke us up

Really clean, lovely pool area, laundry changed half way through week, and the ladies in the Gestaltur office were lovely as always

Nothing not to like

booked self-catering........fully equipped kitchen.... but also had many catering businesses nearby, including takeaways and eat in restaurants, not forgetting pubs serving delicious home cooked meals, all day and night. All the staff at GESTATUR WHERE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY FRENDLY AND HELPFUL ON ALL THINGS BENIDORM.

ONLY HAD 8 DAYS.. would have preferred another week. (hopefully I may be able to RETURN AGAIN!)
