Excellent location close to ba4s, restaurants & beach. Very easy check in process with really friendly staff. Room was very modern & spacious for a family of 4. Having 2 toilets was helpful too. Great to have the choice of the pool at the apartment & also use of hotel pool which had food, drink & music playing

Only aircon in living room but we left bedroom doors open / curtains & windows closed so rooms cooled ok. No key for safe. Had to pay 18€/day for parking which is a little expensive (we did know there was a charge before we stayed so not a shock).

Flats are central to everything. Old Town. New Town. Beach. Taxis. Av.Europa for airport bus. Spotless with fridge freezer. Iron. Ironing board. Big veranda with seats and table and good view for people watching. Lovely pool area with lots of sunbeds. 👌 I would recommend and definitely return. Thank you

The front gate is quite difficult to get open to get out. I had to keep putting my arm through the railings to open it from the outside. Bit of a nuisance - but nothing major. You get used to it.

The check-in was very easy, at the Hotel Perla, directly opposite the apartment. The apartment is in a secure complex and felt very safe. It was spotlessly clean, and all of the facilities were in excellent condition. Towels and toiletries were provided as well as cleaning products.

The only slight negative was the mattresses which were very firm. I prefer a slightly less firm mattress, but that is a personal preference, and it did not affect the enjoyment of my stay.

Location was excellent, loved the liveliness, just doesn't sleep everything on our doorstep

we arrived to the Maysan reception but no one was there, we were told by another person staying at the Maysan that we needed to check in at the Perla hotel first, Honestly I had not picked this up on our communication prior, I would like to make a suggestion that on the door or desk in the Maysan there is a note in English to check in at the Perla Hotel thanks

Room was spacious, clean & in a great location for everything you want In benidorm, check in was straight forward with lovely staff, beds were OK with lovely comfy pillows, you do hear alot of noise especially early in the morning, however it didn't bother us as we have stayed before and knew what to expect. We went to perla for breakfast 8 euro and it was lovely

Been going to Benidorm for the past 10 years always looking for a 2 bedroom central apartment and I found the Maysan while staying in the Perla earlier this year a group of 4 and we couldn't of been any happier with the quality and location of these apartments full kitchen comfy beds washing machine for longer stays first class and although there is a good pool area if you want you can use the Perla bigger pool just across the road

NOTHING to complain about didn't want to leave a review incase to many people beat us from booking it again next year lol

Great apartment. Location was great and felt very secure as it sits in a locked conplex. It was very clean and evidently well kept. Had everything good need for a short stay. The staff at hotel Perla who manage the apartment were very helpful.

There was some noise from the bar below, but not enough to be an issue for me.

Central location. Lovely clean apartment with everything you needed for a short break. Checkin was easy at Perla Hotel. Locked gate before apartment door so felt secure. Lovely shower with lots of hot water

Could benefit from a full length mirror in second bedroom as had to keep using other persons room. In kitchen could not wash up as no bowl or plug. No chopping board. No teatowel. Very bad smell coming from drains in bathroom.

Spacious,clean and a great location,well equipped,even had a washing machine,fridge freezer,4 ring hob and microwave,also has iron and table top ironing board.Tv with couple of radio channels playing English music which was nice. Very large balcony and comfy beds! Very private building with very good security,gated plus video entry system for visitors,central location,next door to hotel orange and 100yds from cafe benidorm,less than 5min walk from beach

Only things missing is hairdryer and extra pillows. Fair amount of noise from outside due to central location and main reception located across the road,WiFi didn't work,we were on 5th floor so not sure if that was the problem
