Room was comfortable. Location was close to the beach and evening entertainment options. The Breakfast served between 8-10 was excellent. Lots of choice.

the continental breakfast that was available for people departing before 8am was sadly lacking. There was only cereals, biscuits and fairy cakes. There was bread but no toasters were available. There was only margarine no butter. They could have offered croissants, Jams, Cheeses and hams. We had paid for 3 nights including breakfast We should not have had to pay for such a meagre offering.

we were in a ground floor room in block 5, it was extremely small and not a comfortable stay, sad because everything else was amazing

I was with my 9 year old and most of the games air hockey etc games weren’t working in games room,all stage games etc for children were in Spanish,so she couldn’t join in,I appreciate its high season but we didn’t get a bed by pool,just weren’t enough,toilets by pool were dirty everyday,I love this hotel usually but felt inadequate for children,

Food was very good. Plenty of selection. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Pool area is lovely with the bonus of inside pool. Shower is powerful and ample hot water.

Pillows could be better. The foyer area could be lovely with some nice comfortable seating. We were on 3rd floor overlooking pool. Noise from kitchen fans/generators were very very noisy which kept us awake so we reported and staff amazing moved us to 10th floor immediately

I loved how close it was to the beach, strip and a nice pleasant 40min walk to Old Town. The pools at the hotel were great too, with nice facilities such as table tennis and pool. Staff were very helpful and understanding.

There was a smell lingering around within the rooms and it’s surroundings, I don’t know if there was a problem with the drains perhaps.

Great location close to the beach, pubs, bars, nightlife. Superb breakfast, very nice food, lovely staff, perfect pool for kids and good entertiment during the day and in the evening. Good price for drinks at the bar and restaurant. Generally everything is perfect. Would come back again.

The room was not cleaned properly when we arrived.

All the staff were so lovely and couldnt do enough for you.....always served with the biggest smiles.. Perfect location just few streets away from main strip. Room cleaned everyday. Pools great although ice cold (time of year).... Good they have an heated indoor pool though. Will definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend

They didn't have kettles in the room We had to go buy one, other than that everything was brilliant

Some staff, not all, could be very abrupt (sometimes rude) but it wouldn’t stop us going.

Location is great for nights out. Food really nice with plenty of choice. Rooms are small but as you don't spend much time in it it's okay. Nice little fridge to keep your drinks cool.

The air con could have worked better - didn't seem to blow very cold. A kettle in the room would have been good for tea/coffee making. Could have done with the breakfast opening an hour extra & same for evening meal (from 6pm).
