We had a fantastic holiday in the palm court apts in Benidorm once again. I honestly cannot compliment them enough nothing is a problem to them. Apts so central staff so lovely we have booked again for next year very reasonable price when u book with Palm 🌴 Court direct.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

The location was great, quiet but close by to the main strip, a reasonably priced supermarket, and a 10 min walk to the beach. The rooms were nice, spacious, and clean.

The air conditioner did stop working and took about 24 hours to get cool again, I think the electrics went whilst we were out... not a big deal though.

Great at location, near the beach, the main party strip and lots of shops. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great bar and restaurant. It is a small hotel which is perfect as it doesn’t get over crowded.

Had to pay for fresh towels and there was no hand soap. Bedding was clean but was stained.

The staff were very helpful and friendly on arrival and throughout the stay. Apartments were perfect for what we needed during our stay, clean and with plenty of pillows and bedding and a small balcony. Bathroom and shower were great. Location was excellent, close to all the bars etc, but slightly set back from the main roads so nice and quiet. The pool area is the best feature - one of the best size to guest ratio I've experienced in Benidorm! Loads of chairs and loungers and the bar and food was all reasonably priced.

I don't think there's anything I would have changed about these apartments. For the price we payed, there was nothing else I'd expect!

Being so close to the strip it could be very noisy at night

Fantastic location and facilities, close to the main streets but far away enough not to be disturbed by the partying. The bar and food service was teriffic and great value for money The staff incredibly warm and helpful. The pool was great and loved having a balcony to sit out on. The shower water pressure which is often appalling on holiday was great.

The beds were too firm for me

Near the party area but silent to sleep i had great breakfast made just for me by the pool. Sun all day

Was asked for 200 euro despoit for damage or and nicking the toaster and kettle and a few white stains on the sofa and bed apart from that it was perfect

Only one towel change and no linen change in 5 days. Minimal clean in 5 days also £200 euro deposit

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room balcony had the sun most of the day. The room was clean if a little dated. Will be back next year and requesting same room
