The Brisa is a fairly small hotel so you might not get the same range of choices as some of the bigger hotels, but the food is of good quality and the menu varies each day, there should be a enough options to keep you happy. Where the hotel excels is that it manages to be a quiet hotel in a noisy resort. It is tranquil but within a few minutes walk of the bustling Benidorm entertainment area's, but the best part for me was opening the curtains in the morning and drinking in the views across the bay. The balcony was also a great place to chill if you feel liken you've been overdoing things (very easy to do in Benidorm)

There's nothing that I didn't like at this hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Everything was clean and well maintained. Well worth the money. Next time I go to Benidorm I hope they have a room available because I'll be checking with them first.

fabulous beach front location, very quiet at night, despite being close to all the night time attractions. clearly labelled all the food in the restaurant with specific allergens.

despite advertised as pay on arrival. the hotel took a 25% deposit from credit card. when this issue was raised, I was informed it was to check credit card was working? totally unacceptable practice, when asked for it to be refunded was told my booking would be cancelled without deposit paid? reported to booking.com as this is a clear breach of their terms and conditions. be careful

The location, friendly staff and the other visitors of a similar age

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. If you would have had this my stay would have been 10 out of 10

I loved the location especially that it was so near the beach. Loved the view from room which was a first floor sea front room. Room was very nice and there was a decent fridge in the roomand also the luxury of a bath which my husband loves and is hard to find in a hotel room now. Breakfast was also decent but I did find on our first morning breakfast staff werent very helpful when asking where things were

I didnt like that there were lager louts in the room next door to us and they disturbed our sleep for 2 nights when I complained and they were told to turn down music they did so for a few minutes but turned it back up and no one came up to check on things. Its not that sort of hotel as a lot of older people stay there. That was the only real complaint we had

Location. Staff. Smallish tv with several UK channels but was fine for us.

No ramp to hotel. Had to carry heavy suitcases up steps albeit not many. There is a small lift though for disabled access though you get key from reception-you’d have to get up to reception first though! Food average mostly not hot. Restaurant small and very cramped. Not good if you are disabled or fat. Would not like to be there at peak season with restaurant situation. No English information book in room but all other languages.

Unbeatable location. The beach is on the doorstep.

Our expectation for a four star hotel was too high for this hotel. I wouldn’t give it a 4* The rooms need an upgrade to be at a 4* standard. The beds are not very comfortable, the doors are closing only if you force them, making a big noise. The radiator in the bathroom was oxidated (check photos). It wasn’t as clean as we expected it, but we were there for a short stay, so didn’t complain about it. They could do a deep clean before the high season starts. Staff was very nice. Food was good.

everything was just fine - lifts were reasonably quick when pushing call button. Staff were very friendly and efficient The balcony was of good size and the general layout of bedroom ( room 510 ) was just right .

nothing wrong with property but one thing let you down —- we advised your reception staff we had a early call ( 05.30 ) for transport to airport and asked if any facilities were available ( sandwich / drink ) etc .They said restaurant would be open ! - it was but nothing was available ie no bread , no milk , no cakes , no fruit . Nothing and of course we were not in a position , at that time of morning to go shopping !, A very big let down

Location is very good. Enjoyed sitting in the small pool area, with a cold beer, watching the beach and Prominade. Pool terrace has comfortable reclining chairs not sunbeds. It is in the sun most of the day (shade from umbrellas if wanted) and was never too busy. Benidorm is Benidorm, quite and relaxing in places, but loud and hectic in others. Hotel Brisa is situated in the former but not too far from the latter. It is small by Benidorm standards but all the better for that.

Breakfast was a standard buffet but little disappointing (why can't Spanish hotels cook bacon?)

The breakfast and room was very good with plenty of choice, The room was clean and pleasantly laid out with an unexpected bit of a sea view Apart from that it was a good stay, in a perfectly positioned hotel very close to the beach

There was 1 incident with a maintenance worker, who I opened the door to, he just barged in to put a sticker on the soap dispenser in the shower saying soap, we asked him to stop, as my wife was in the toilet the other side of the glass sliding door, he said there was no problem but i would say there was
