The hotel is located just outside the pedestrianised heart of the city, it took us 10 minutes to walk there. We were met by extremely helpful staff who guided us to the underground car park. The hotel is beautifully decorated, our room was clean and airy, the public areas bright and welcoming and the breakfast was superb. Burgos is an interesting city with many lovely buildings and its not short of bars and restaurants. Well worth a visit and perfect for an overnight stop heading south.

The location was amazing. We were two blocks from a laundromat and a supermarket. A little further was the river and there was the St Mary’s Gate and through that the cathedral and its massive square. The reception staff could not have been more helpful.

Not everyone wants a hotel breakfast, but tea and coffee making facilities would be a huge plus.

Location, just few steps away from Burgos Cathedral which is a MUST see. Clean and comfortable. We had the set menu for dinner at the restaurant which was very nice, and so it was the breakfast.

A little outdated. We got a room with a bathtub which was challenging for my parents to climb in and out

2nd vist here front office staff really lovely and pleasant rooms very nice Hotel walls are covered in amazing art,worth taking some time to walk the corridors !!We like this hotel so we will be back again thanks to all.

Breakfast was poor enough,we were an hour before breakfast closing,and there was no eggs,no bread for toast ,1 man spent most of his time setting up tables and clearing away,even though the food was running out,staff may be the issue here what we had was adequate. No parking was available at hotel as it was full up but were directed to Catheral public parking under ground which is close by and cheaper than hotel parking by €5!!!

Good value, central, simple hotel

Interior is somewhat dated, no tea coffee in the room, breakfast and parking were 15 euros each, which is higher than the other 6 hotels Instated in during my tour of the area.

Great location and parking. Breakfast was good value for money. Loved Burgos.

Lack of mirrors in the bedroom. No atmosphere in the restaurant and evening menu disappointing, small set menu(only menu) did not change in four days.

Quiet and spacious rooms. Two rooms with our own vestibule. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location with short walk to the old town.

Nothing much, the rooms would have benefited from more hooks and a mirror in the bedroom

Only there one night heading for Bilbao no complaints.Had to use the municipal car park as there was no spaces in the hotels car park. Been to Burgos before,love the place has a good vibe and much cooler than southern Spain where we had just left,the hotel is very central and close to the cathedral.

Traditional style hotel, comfy room. Last visited it 20years ago. Modernised, clean, underground parking onsite. Only 12€, well worth it. Excellent breakfasts. Very convenient for a short walk to the cathedral and main restaurant and bar area. The cathedral is amazing, including many impressive features, including the tombstone of El Cid and Doña Ximena. If you want olive oil and various local food and wine products there's a great shop a few yards away

Only thing was the water pressure was so powerful that the shower flipped off the wall and and snaked about, causing great mirth.

Good location in the city. Room spacious, clean and most importantly a comfortable bed. It was also nice to see it had a bath. Breakfast provided a good choice of continental and cooked dishes.
