This is an excellent hotel for a short stay in Burgos - the staff were very friendly, the hotel offers discounted underground parking close nearby and the rooms were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was fine, with excellent water pressure in our shower. The location is brilliant - extremely close to some lovely history, shops and bars/ restaurants in a bustling area, even on a very cold November night. It was also quite easy to find off the motorway, with easy access again for our onward journey the following day. Overall, excellent value for money in a city that we will definitely go back to for a longer visit. (We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the breakfast)

The staff were amazing!!! So kind. So helpful. So … personable. So many smiles. I lost one of my rings in the room and the kind woman at reception asked one of the housekeepers to help me find it. She was an absolute delight and so diligent in leaving no stone unturned. She found the ring tucked away under a heating unit only because she went and got something to fit under it. Small things like that make a huge difference. They were all like a big community of which I felt valued. I would stay there again if I was in Burgos.

The location was excellent. Easy walking distance to all the sites as well as the bars and restaurants. Also walking distance from the bus and train station. The staff were very friendly and dealt with any questions I had quickly.

Because of the wooden flooring there can a times be some noise. Also I can see why the iron bed frames and headboards add some character to the room and the hotel overall But they aren't that comfortable if you want to read in bed or just sit up and watch TV.

Room was as described and lovely. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and good. The staff were outstanding!! They helped me with storing my bags, early check-in as soon as room was ready, recommendation for places to eat, and calling taxis. Of special appreciation, when asked, the staff made contact with a physiotherapist to request an appointment for me, and I was seen immediately. I hurt my knee on the Camino Frances and had limited mobility while a guest. The staff made me feel welcome and cared for. Thank you!

The location of this hotel is ideal for exploring Burgos and there is a lot to see. The staff were helpful and efficient. The bathroom was clean with some nice extra details - shower gels, toothbrush etc.

My room could have been cleaner… the floor, radiator and around the desk looked as if they had not been cleaned for a while. The common areas from the lift to my room could do with some updating and cleaning too. I expected a single room but it was a little small. Three times I had to go back down to the desk to ask for my key to be reprogrammed. A screw dropped as I entered my room at night and the door handle inside the room came off - the hotel reception did not seem surprised! I was expecting a difficult conversation as my Spanish is not so sophisticated but I just held up the screw and he asked for my room number… it has obviously happened before.

The breakfast was excellent.. offering jamon and chorizo,,,what else? Morning drinks , coffee, are fine, no any claim could be raised. Bed was comfortable . Situated on a very convenient site, easy walking distance from the bus-station, and to the center of Burgos

Very clean in comfortable in room 303, even had a small balcony that I had requested. Serviced each day with everything topped up. Breakfast area needed to be booked at a time that suited, and there was enough to choose from. Fabulous location and very quiet, even on a busy thoroughfare.

There was an unusual odour when we arrived, perhaps cleaning products. Opened the balcony windows and the odour was gone in no time.

This hotel is friendly and VERY well located and easy to find, walking from the bus station. The best thing was the excellent breakfast the next morning, a wonderful buffet!

The lobby looks spruce, but the hallways and room are getting a little shabby, and the "balcony" advertised with the room was only about fifteen inches deep, nothing you could really sit or even stand on. But we weren't in the room much, so that didn't matter.

Centrally located near downtown square. Very good breakfast. Room was spacious and comfortable. Many great restaurants, wine bars, and attractions in walking distance. Parking garage close by. Surprised to find so much English spoken. Biggest cathedral we have ever seen in Europe and we have seen many!

A bit hard to find in that streets have limited access. Once we figured that out, all was good.

The breakfast and reception staff were helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of breakfast items. The room was large, clean and had a huge bed, we were able to take our small pet dog with us. A park was nearby for her morning walk. The hotel is close to restaurants and shops. All in all a lovely stay en route to Bilbao.

Access to the hotel was not easy to unload luggage as it is in a pedestrian only zone however not easy until reception explained what we needed to do. So then it was easy. Car parking was in a different location to the hotel and we had to pay extra for this secure parking which is subsidised by the hotel.
