We loved the position of the hotel and as it was a weekend there was plenty of free street parking. We liked the place so much we stayed another night. The staff were all great and made you feel at home. Spotless rooms and good air conditioning as the temperature was in excess of 40 degrees. The tapas in the adjoining bar was excellent

We stayed an extra night but the room was not as good as the first room and you could here the kitchens below even though the room was very modern. If you opened the window the noise was worse and you could then smell the hot food

the marble floors in the corridors, hardwood in the bedroom and tiled bathroom floors were lovely. the furniture and decor are classy, the breakfast was very nice and the ladies on reception were super friendly and genuinely helpful. the parking is across the street in an underground ’bunker’, but very secure.

the view to the rear is best avoided, but that’s not why we stayed there; still a great choice of hotel.

The staff were very friendly/helpful and the hotel was easy to find when arriving from the North. The room was spacious and the decor was modern/simple. The location was ideal on a wide street which ran either side of the river. There is an excellent bar/restaurant attached to the hotel which seemed popular with locals as well. Underground parking was available nearby and reasonably priced (6 Euros/night for a motorbike.) Enjoyable stroll into the old part of town, 15 mins appx.

Couldn't find anything to fault apart from lack of other facilities. Although it wasn't a problem for us the old part of the city is about 6/700 mtrs away and the Cathedral a further 300 which may be an issue for some.

It was a very pleasant stay. We came back to the same hotel as last year as a one-nigth stopover on our way south. For a small price we could use the parking garage.

Breakfast was a bit simple. My children liked it because of the abundant cakes and crossaints but I would have liked some whole grain bread.

The Room and Restaurant have been extensively re-furbished to a high standard. More rooms are scheduled over the next few months. We always look forward to visiting Burgos and driving through this area on our way between Santander and Murcia Region.

The staff were friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Check-in was smooth. Room was comfortable and quiet.

Once I got my bearings it was an easy walk to the centre of the city. However it was a brisk 10+ minutes. Restaurant attached to the Hotel was great though.

Very polite and helpful staff. Excellent wine bar with access from reception area. Good old-fashioned decor; marble everywhere. Easy, free (20.00-10.00?) parking outside hotel. Well signposted.

Nothing really. Bit surprised the wine bar didn't have any Sherry!

Lovely renovated room. Everything was to a very good standard- great bed, soft pillows, hot shower, lots of space.

A little to far from Old Town and restaurants. About a 10 minute walk.

I would like to thank fernando for the customer friendliness and hospitality! The service was optimal. The room was large and equipped with all the necessities, but what made it complete for us was Fernando's customer-friendliness.

Lovely re vamped room, clean tidy, easy parking out side the hotel and free after 8p.m. Until 10.a.m. Easy walking in to city which is beautiful. Hotel easily found with Google maps
