The location is perfect, provided you have a room at the back. The staff is lovely, very helpfull indeed

The noise from the main street with people celebrating until the early hours is to much. You have to keep the windows closed and the airco on. Than the noise is tollerable. The breakfast is reasonable. No eggs, no whole weat bread. During the weekend the breakfast is late, so we missed it at 7 (although payed for) because we had to catch our flight.

Excellent location close to most attractions, bars and restaurants . Quiet room on the 5th floor, very clean and comfortable, although a little small it was ideal for an overnight stopover. Efficient air conditioning and good en-suite bathroom. Very clean breakfast area with enough continental choice to satisfy most travellers.

The underground car parking is not very easy to find but offers a safe, covered space at a special negotiated rate with the hotel.

Narrow reception spaces in a refurbished historic building. My room faced a back patio where people smoked and the smell could get in. It was the middle of winter and didn't need to open the window, otherwise I'd ask for a different room.

Great location in the heart of Burgos, close to the sights. We stayed here while walking the Camino de Santiago and were very comfortable and happy with the price. The breakfast buffet is totally worth it- great diverse options at a great price.

The only thing we didn’t like was that our room had skylights, and we were staying in Burgos during a festival so there was a lot of noise through the night- but being pilgrims we had earplugs with us so that took care of the noise.

the location is amazing. really good value for the price. it’s a rather small room but has everything you need. i stayed an extra night there.

the water pressure in the shower could be stronger. be aware that reception is only staffed until 4. after that it’s communication via video system. thin walls. you hear the neighbors.

Location was excellent, right in the heart of Burgos, 15-min walk of everywhere. The cathedral was just outside the hotel, and the Museum of Human Evolution was a mere 10-min walk. Loads of restaurants around.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the reception had short hours. If there were no staff, you had to ring their phone, which sometimes it would take a long while to answer.

Very modern, clean, and comfortable- and the location is pretty hard to beat. Highly recommended for Camino walkers wanting a soothing night.

There are several steps in the non face to face check in process. Fortunately, the person manning the intercom was. good English speaker.

Very central location next to the cathedral, located in a quiet street, good to rest after a long day on the Camino. Everything very clean, comfortable beds, bathroom with a good shower. The lady at the reception was very nice and friendly. Good buffet breakfast for 5 EUR. We would definitely come again.

in the city centre. a couple of minutes from the Cathedral. Clean room, comfy bed.

Remote check in. We arrived around 4pm and had to check in over an intercom. after a long day walking the Camino, we were tired and it took a lot more effort to check in in than we would have liked. Reception is not 24/7.

Great location, good vale for money, good breakfast. Shower could have had more pressure, 50% of water still went through the hand wand when you wanted it from the top part.
