The Staff was very Friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good and sufficient and varied . Absolutely incredibly clean. The room was cleaned every day. Always enough towels and all special requests were fulfilled. The volume was always taken into account, so you had one pleasant quiet stay. Centrally located. A few meters to the beautiful bays of Cala Gat and Cala Agulla

Everything was perfect! Staff were awesome and room was just perfect! I love how they save energy with their ac turning off automatically when you open the balcony door. The bed was so comfortable it was just great. Only suggestion is to have somewhere to hang clothes in the balcony maybe? They provide hangers in the cabinet which you can use too though. But yeah, it was great and would definitely stay again.

No place to hang towels, clothes in the balcony after a day at the beach. You can hang it in the railings but chances are it will be blown away by the wind lol.

The room was spacious and had a balcony, which we really appreciated. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed the breakfast too - the bacon was very tasty. For 14€ per person you can use the spa facilities. You just need to give the hotel an hour or so notice. The spa has a jacuzzi (in my opinion not suitable for more than two people) and sauna.

Very friendly staff, happy to help. Facilities was better than expected, quite nice and clean room, comfortable beds, good working AC which is important.

One day there was plumbing work in the room right next to us at 7.00 that woke us up. A bit annoying without any heads up but they admitted it was a mistake by their part and apologized.

The location was very good close to main road and activities. The breakfast was generous and very good. Good base to stay and go out for activities.

The hotel and furniture bit dated and can do with updating.

everything was perfect. location is in the centre of cala ratjada. everything is around the hotel. the staff was so helpful especially the German lady in the reception, who gave us wonderful tips and recommendations which helped us alot during our stay. price was absolutely fair. highly recommend to book there again.

The staff were very friendly. The room was clean. Good breakfast. Nice swimming pool and bar in the hotel courtyard. It was also possible to park the car in the nearby area.

Location if you want to be close to the sea.
