This hotel is in the middle of town with a locked underground carpark. They also accept pets. The first point was very important to us as our car was visibly fully packed. Being in the centre of town gave us the opportunity to walk around, admire the architecture of official buildings and churches. As the hotel does not have a restaurant we walked just a few paces to a nice restaurant which the hotel had recommended and had a good meal and a well deserved glass of wine. The breakfast next morning offered a good spread of breads, fruit etc which set us up for the day.

Great location and value for money. I went for work and it was perfect. They provided all amenities necessary for my stay. The staff provided suggestions on places to go and were friendly and helpful.

My only comment is that the breakfast hot dishes were not hot at all (such as the scrambled eggs or sausages). But considering the reception staff is the same as the breakfast staff, they were doing a great job.

Great value for money, great location, great service. Rooms are a bit basic. Bathroom was very clean but a little bit dated. Breakfast was pretty good value for money. Free coffee, juice and water in the lobby.

EUR12.50 for having a small dog in the room and there are no facilities (not even a bowl for water. EUR11 for parking but no guarantee that there will be a parking place, and you can't reserve. The carparks for the hotel are a bit limited, and as is often the case in Spain, the spaces and access are really narrow.

Friendly and helpful staff, lovely big room and bathroom, spotlessly clean, in city centre

Big crack in shower screen, fridge not cold, bare minimum of complimentary coffee pods, sugar etc and one packet of crisps/mini kit kat between 2 people. Bedside light too bright

Everything was wonderful - staff were pleasant and helpful all the time, the location was central with some restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops nearby. The room was great and there was free water and coffee etc in the reception all the time.

The only thing I could “complain” about is the structure of the wifi login. Once logged in the wifi worked perfectly, no complaints there, but the frequency of the login was repetitive and annoying.

The room is clean, cleaned daily and has a very good small refrigerator, the bed is big and comfortable, the bathroom is spacious. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the city center. A pleasant surprise was the fact that even though breakfast was not included, we benefited from juices, water or coffee 24/7. The security level is good, with a person permanently present at the reception who can help you.

If the room had been a little more spacious, everything would have been perfect.

Good location, close by the centric area but located few minutes away (so it is calm and silent); spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed. We didn't buy breakfast but there were hot drinks viable 24/7 for free - that was a lovely detail.

I came across some larger pieces of dust coming from under the bed, but the usable space was cleaned.

Trendy, very comfortable and clean room. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful. Excellent facilities including a safe, air con and a big tv. The bathroom was well equipped. Nice lounge area with free coffee and juice. Short walk away from the city buses and a supermarket.

Wonderful staff, they helped immediately with an issue in my first room. I received a great cafe recommendation from the receptionist.

The rooms need some colour. White in white in white made me feel like being at a dentist. Some pillow covers in the colours of the logo would help a lot. The breakfast could use some vegan options, roasting the bigger baguette types is a bit time-consuming.

Is really close to Pomodoro beach, so that was for us a big plus. The communication with the property was really fine and the instructions on where we should find the keys/pay city taxes was clear. We recommend this accommodation for families, the entire apartment is really spacious
