Room was spacios, clean and good value for money. Breakfast was nice too.

We arrived Sunday afternoon and took a time to realize that reception isn't there at all. Tried check in machine, didn't work either. Needed to walk to another hotel to do check in. While 2 small children and dog were waiting... No one from lobby bar came to ask children if they liked to drinks etc. Poorly managed.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Bonus was a fridge in the room which I didn't expect. You leave 20 Euros at reception as a deposit for the key of your safe which is in your room. Much easier than putting in a code.

Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be nice but it isn't the done thing in Spain so you improvise!

TheReceptionist Adelaida was extremely courteous and helpful. I couldn’t have done as well without her help!The staff in the Ataula restaurant was excellent. Jesus was very helpful with my menu selections. My room was very clean and I loved the small terrace.

My expectations were met. I really enjoyed it

The bathroom was excellent. The wide staircase makes it easy to access the rooms if you have something large and can't use the medium to small lift. They helped me with a face mask when I needed to go to the pharmacy.

Nothing much. I was surprised at the line up to dine here on Friday evening. Maybe Castellon lacks fine dining, but I will miss this city.

- central location - warm during winter days - nice restaurant at ground floor - nicely decorated - better than the usual 3* hotels in Spain

- artworks in our room were a bit violent; one was depicting toreadors and bulls and another one was with people on a scaffold or maybe I got that wrong... anyway, I think something more plain and colorful would have worked better

Im very thankfull for the young ladys from the reception, they were very kind and very helpfull. Our room was perfect.

One thing about the rooms, next to the windows (I think) there was a music school, sometimes it was loud, but thats ok.

Parking underneath the hotel very convenient. Room and bathroom were good sized, bed oversized and very comfortable, all very clean. Breakfast was good with a nice assortment.

Curtains in the room were falling partially down, not a good explanation of how to get from parking garage up to 4th floor (change to another elevator). Hotel hard to get to from highway.

The room was clean and beds comfortable , staff were very friendly

The bell tower across from the hotel goes off early in the morning was my only issue maybe more plug sockets required as our room only had 2

Cool room and position, the day we spent there had a bad weather so we could enjoy the room more than expected. The bathroom has everything you need. This place has an automatized system of check in and door opening when the receptionist isn't there.

We found the bed a bit hard but is only our opinion and could be comfortable for someone else.

That's all what we want from one-night-hotel - nice bed and bathroom, quite place. On a note - parking 15 Euro per night, we found free parking 5 min from the hotel.

There was a faint smell of smoking - refers to guests who ignore no-smoking rules.
