Location of the hotel was good for us, close to the University Jaume I with good public transportation just around the corner. Also El Corte Ingles department store and several good grocery stores nearby within easy, few minute walking distance. Train station just opposite. The beds were comfortable and while the room was not overly big, it had everything we needed. the bathroom was fairly modern and clearly upgraded since hotel was build. Good underground car park available at reasonable daily rate.

The staff were very gracious and helpful. I particularly loved Ramona on reception. Nothing was too much trouble. Also, there was a man with glasses who was very kind and helpful. On the night of the mini storm, the staff on the night duty was amazing. Really helped to make being back at the hotel nice. We were allowed to have music in the reception. Great atmosphere.

I think the power to the room was made accessible by leaving the card in the slot by the door which meant that if you wanted to charge your phone or bluetooth devices, you had to leave the card in the room and get another card to re-enter the room. When this was pointed out to the man at the reception he said this was not the case but it was. I had to get a second card. Staff were very helpful and as said, nothing was too much trouble. In the restaurant, it would have been nice to have more choice, like the fruit cut and prepared like a fruit salad- water melon and yoghurt and omelettes made to order. It did seem a bit lacking in choice. Staff were slow to replenish too.

Hotel hallway smells to tobacco, but no smell inside the room so it was not a problem. One of our towels was completed stained with make-up. It was washed but the make-up did not disappeared. A 4stars hotel needs to remove this kind of stuff from the rooms.

The hotel is very conveniently located, right next to the train and bus stations and to the main tramline one block away. My room was very quiet. I like that there is is small refrigerator in the room. And the staff was always very helpful, especially when I had to go to the hospital because of kidney stones. They helped me find a hospital, called the taxi for me and checked up on me later when I return from the hospital, asking if I was okay and returning some change that I had lost while lying down on a sofa in the lobby waiting for the taxi. Also, the breakfast is very good.

At 50 euros a night, it is a little bit above what I would like to pay in Spain. But it was well worth it!

All was very good. Except for me there was a criticism in that the evening meal was not served until 8.30 in the evening and that is too late for me.

very nice hotel, just accross the street from the bus station which is very convenient to take a early morning bus to the Castellon airport. Reasonably priced. The staff was very helpful letting us leave our luggage even if we were not checked-in yet plus they did every effort to open the breakfast hall at 7:00 to let the travellers eat before catching the airport bus at 7:20AM.

Everything was nice, no objection. Just ideal for passing-by travellers.

Room was very good sized with a nice balcony and very comfortable bed. Also the room had a kettle with tea and coffee supplies which is unusual in a Spanish hotel-very much appreciated!

The restaurant was not open for dinner so we had to walk all over the area to find an open restaurant.

Best location and great staffs. The hotel is great value. I am so happy. I would love to choose your hotel when I will visit Castellon again.

Almost great. If I said anything so, The was a little bit mold between the wall and bath tab however it is very few. I didn't mind.

Probably the best value out of the trip. Breakfast is good, room is big.

The dinner policy was very unclear, IDK why the staff can't say one sentence about time/price/type of it. The door between paired rooms was closed, had to reach staff to open it.

The problem was that WiFi kept losing all the time, so I was using my data, and it was quite expensive
