we always stay here as it’s a great location and good hotel with excellent breakfast facilities. we’ve stayed in the old part this time snd the amenities are quite dated compared to the new extension. staff are all excellent snd great parking for hotel for 13 euros

the old part is dated especially the bathrooms as it’s awkward to get into the shower over the bit of bath which is exposed

Good central location close to city. Secure parking in nearby garage for our motorcycles. Room was large. There was some building work going on at the time of our stay, but thankfully it was not noisy.

It took a while to book us in and there were 2 large parties of guests (1 of school children & the other more mature travellers) also waiting - it was a bit chaotic. Breakfast the first morning was fine, but the 2nd day was a nightmare, with the 2 large parties all trying to enter at the same time. It would have been better if a specific time/area was arranged in advance for larger groups (& other guests advised). We went back to our room for a while & then had breakfast a bit later.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast buffet was good, and it was well-maintained even during a busy time. The hotel has a good location, in a little out-of-the-way square. I thought it was a good value for what I paid.

There are two bars in the square outside the hotel, both with outdoor seating, It was quiet during the day, but a little noisy at night (but, then again, so is most of central Salamanca at night). The channels on the room's TV were few and basic (though who goes to Salamanca to watch TV?).

location, short walking distance to historical centre, spacious room with comfortable bed and balcony, fabuluous breakfast with wide choice of delicious food and drinks

If you keep the balcony open, there is a noise from 2 bars located just opposite. However, the windows were soundproof and there way absolutely no noise with windows closed.

Staff friendly and helpful. Checked in early with no problems. Hotel smelss lovely and fresh as you enter. Close to amenities and the beautiful Plaza.

Difficult this time to unload suitcases as a delivery van was Iin the hotel off loading parking.

Location was amazing, very clean and comfortable room

There was an issue regarding the room, we booked a double room thinking it had a double bed when in fact the access to a double bed is only guaranteed if you pay for the room. However staff was extremely kind to explain it to us and offered us a double bed room they had available for our full stay

All the staff we met were fantastic. The receptionist gave us great directions for free parking as the city centre car parks are €30 a night. Great cafe/tapas opposite the hotel and everything was nearby. Good sized room and bathroom.

Difficult to find fault for the money, perhaps tea/coffee maker in the room would be nice!

The room was very comfortable, including 2 chairs in a seating area with coffee table. Beds were comfortable and linen was good quality.

The breakfast was disappointing. Bacon was very oily and under cooked. Would suggest a cover for the hot food. Fresh fruit was very nice and bread for toast was welcomed.

Location, convenient for tourist attractions, shops and restaurants. Friendly and professional staff. Quiet rooms. Breakfast had a very good selection, suitable for everyone, and constantly topped up.

On this visit they were working on the path and road outside hotel so couldn't off load car at hotel.

The location is excellent. A short walk to Plaza Mayor and all the other important sites. The location makes it easy to stop into your room while your out adventuring to exchange things so you don't have to carry heavy bags! The staff are friendly and helpful and they speak great English.

The walls are a little thin and I was awoken to my neighbors, "going at it." Good for them.
