The apartment was very clean and in the perfect location. Close enough to the main square without it being too noisy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, with us being given some softer pillows on request.

There was a local issue with water one day, meaning there was no water for about 6/7 hours; whilst the issue couldn’t have been prevented by El Guarapo, I feel they could have communicated with their guests much better. Everyone had to go and ask at reception, with there being no pre-warning or signs up etc. There is no air-con, not a big issue for some but unfortunately we really struggled with the heat. There was a fan in the apartment but needed moving about depending upon which room you were in. For this reason, we probably wouldn’t return unfortunately.

Good clean apartment and great location. Everything else was fine and would return at some time. Pre holiday info from the resort was excellent

Towels were not very good. Big prob was this is self catering apartment but a hob and standard microwave is not self catering. At least a cooking microwave is needed as there is no oven. Maybe an air fryer or halogen oven needed. Also nothing to do with resort but on original Booking.com advert for resort I am sure I read free transfer to resort from airport to resort. Am I wrong as this cost 25euros?

Location of accommodation. Small and friendly size of complex. Staff were very courteous and helpful.

The pool bar closed at 3.30pm, 6.00pm would be a better time. If people have been out for the day it’s great to come back and sit at the pool with a cool drink. I asked for a pool view, we were on the ground floor but there were 2 hedges between us and the pool, so no view. The two top shelves in the wardrobe were very dusty, only noticed when going to ware the clothes.

Much to like and would happily return. For two of us a spacious three room apartment, with one large balcony off living area and two smaller ones off bedrooms, so always sun when wanted. Kitchen and living area good. Cleaner every other day. Great location, a few minutes from seafront and promenade but in nicely quiet street. The apartment complex was quiet too, and well maintained.

Very little not to like. The only irritation was that we were put in a different apartment on first night as ours wasn't ready. There was nothing wrong with the apartment but it was unsettling, with time spent hanging around next day waiting for move to booked apartment. This is the only reason for not giving 10/10 and in fairness the staff were apologetic and throughout our stay friendly and helpful.

The location, the cleanliness & care of grounds and pool area. The facilities in the apartment. Most days could park outside. Fabulous breakfast that was available. The staff were outstanding! Apartment cleaned every 2 days with fresh towels. Bed linen changed every 4 days.

We were in the 3 bedroom apartment Which we knew was on the 3rd floor. Steps leading up were quite steep & narrow with no hand rail. A bit tricky for my mum and when taking luggage up & down. Pool bar only open until 4ish every day.

Peaceful, friendly atmosphere. Staff exceptionally kind and if fault dealt with immediately. Cleaned 3 times in one week, new towels etc. Second time here and hopebto return next year. Excellent accommodation and staff. They text or emailed daily to make sure all well...offered softer pillows if needed etc above and beyond our expectations.

Felt more parasols around pool needed as same people seemed to hog parasols there were.

Accommodation was very clean and close to all amenities, staff were very helpful, and arranged any extras we requested and kept in contact with any updates. Any questions we had were answered quickly and nothing was too much trouble and Lorenzo was very helpful and provided all relevant information and even things we hadn't thought to ask he covered everything by what's app before our arrival.

Only suggestion would be blackout curtains as very bright early morning

Great communication pre check in and very attentive with supporting before trip and arrival. Pool is great and apartments perfect sized and modern,clean decor. Kitchen facilities great and balcony was perfect. Nice little bar indoors and also washing facilities for clothes. Pool area well maintained and location is perfect for Costa Teguise

WiFi wasn’t great and toilet flush was also a little unpredictable apart from that no other concerns

The staff are so helpful and friendly the accomadation was absolutely spotless pool area was quiet and relaxing prior to arriving was messaged by admin staff to enquire if we wanted a welcome package left in the apartment and if we had any other preferences regarding accimadation Accomadation close ro the seafront and the square We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend el Guarapao

Have nothing that we didn't like

The location is fantastic, close to the beach, shops and supermarket. Great restaurants nearby. Lovely quiet area. The place is so well run. Everywhere is so well maintained and spotlessly clean. The beds are super comfy. They offer alternative pillows as the ones laid out are very high. Paid a deposit and got lovely big pool towels and wifi booster. The decor is simple and modern. The pool is lovely. The staff are fantastic, very pleasant and friendly. Loved it here.
