This hotel was fabulous. A friend and I stayed on our way to Andalucia and on the way home. Our journey down was fraught as we got caught up in some storm warnings and weren't sure if we would make it. I ended up cancelling and then rebooking the room and the staff were so incredibly kind to us. The location was perfect and having the safe parking was great as we both had fully loaded cars. We very much enjoyed the breakfast buffet and would happily stay here every time we head south for the winter. My little dog was also chuffed to have a little bed and some bowls for her supper.

Central location especially if arriving by the tram . Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed , nice bathroom. Water in the fridge was a nice touch. Nice selection for breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. Spacious parking if required.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was basic but clean.

Walls are paper thin and we could her every word said by our neighbors on either side. One family was sick with bad coughs which made for challenging night for them and us. Other neighbor started making lots of phone calls very early every morning and again, we heard every word. There was also a renovation project happening on our floor which had our water turned off for a while.

Liked: Great location, walking distance from downtown. Disliked: Parking was tricky or overpriced. Also the darn constant firecrackers were giving me shellshock and preventing sleep, but that's not the hotel's fault

Great location. The staff was friendly and attentive and quick to respond. Comfortable and clean room. Very good value for money. Safe, gated parking at the hotel and pet-friendly. We had an early ferry departure to Ibiza and they packed us a lovely take-away breakfast. Will definitely recommend.

The room was clean with a good bathroom. Very welcoming towards the dog. Reception staff very polite and welcoming- spoke excellent English but allowed me to use my elementary spanish! The location was close to the sea and to the restaurant lined streets. Fantastic parking - spacious with a locked gate.

Good location friendly staff and a comfortable bed.

I thought the cost of the car park was prohibitive €17 per night. I did email hotel regarding car parking but they failed to advise me of the two public parking lots either side of the hotel. We were lucky and managed to get free on street parking a walk away.

Great value, excellent location. We stayed there as attending local wedding and hairdressers was across the road which was brilliant on morning of wedding. Lovely Marina near by and beach. Continental breakfast was good.. Lovely quirky interesting furnishings around the lobby and public areas. Air con was very good.

The girl on reception/bar was really nice and friendly

The en-suite shower room was really small and the shower situated so water went everywhere whilst you were showering. Also the shower tray was very slippery. The bar closed really early and we couldn’t get a nightcap at 11pm when we returned tothe hotel after an event we attended

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size and the location excellent , very close to bars and restaurants. Also convenient for the train station. Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection of food.
