What a beautiful hotel! We stayed here twice during our holiday - stayed for 3 nights and loved it so much we cancelled a stay at another hotel and returned to Nou Roma! We were upgraded on our return visit and the suite was just stunning. Staff were absolutely lovely cannot express our thanks to them enough for making our stay so memorable. Location is great, rooms really spacious and spotlessly clean and the breakfast is top quality in a beautiful setting. Loved everything about it and will definitely return. Thank you so much.

A comfortable and well presented hotel in a great location for wandering around the old town area of Denia.

We ate lunch at the hotel restaurant however, the team are probably too efficient. Our main course arrived as our starters were being cleared and both meals were barely warm suggesting that they had been prepared for some time. We told the team that this was unacceptable so they took our plates only to return them hot, but massively overcooked. A rare tuna dish and a rare steak dish now both tough and chewy. We felt that we had to complain again and this time the kitchen cooked us two fresh meals that were delicious. It is a very good restaurant but, on this occasion, the timing from the kitchen spoiled the event.

It was one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed in Spain. The courtyard with restaurant is magical. Bedroom was very pretty as well, with exposed stone wall and beautiful beams. Staff were amazing, they went extra miles to ensure my breakfast was delicious despite my food intolerances - which I’m very grateful for, and did not expect at all! Absolutely wonderful stay, wish we could stay a bit longer!

Lack of facilities in the room like kettle or coffee maker. Apparently this is very common in Spain, yet it was my first stay where neither was present. However, I’m sure if hot water was needed the hotel would provide it. And you could also purchase coffee in the hotel bar.

We booked last minute for a budget room at a very good price. It was a surprisingly quaint but new room in the annex very comfortable bed and excellent shower and airconditioning. The only thing that would have improved it would have been tea/coffee making facilities. We had dinner in the restaurant which was a beautiful setting with excellent friendly waitress and the food was fabulous. Breakfast in the morning was also an added bonus and a great choice. The hotel is a 2 min walk from the old town and we would definately stay again. The receptionist was also very helpful and friendly, we parked our car securely for only 10e.

Excellent location and beautiful, traditional Spanish hotel. Rooms immaculately clean and comfortable and very quiet considering its central position.

Only criticisms would be only one small bottle of water left in room on a 3 night stay for 3 people; would expect daily replenishment of drinking water. Also a/c unit was in lounge area where the third bed is set up upon which our daughter was sleeping, meaning cold air was directly over her so had to turn off at night resulting in room being extremely hot and uncomfortable for sleeping in July.

What a lovely little hotel this is. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We had a lovely big room with a jacuzzi bath !! The breakfast was outstanding and although there was just us for breakfast the choice was amazing with freshly squeezed juices and a healthy (spinach and apple etc.) option juice was also available. Cheeses and meats were also available. We parked our car in the hotels car park as parking is difficult nearby. Location was great for walking around and we were very close to the castle. I would stay here again. :) Although the restaurant was closed they suggested a restaurant close by which was lovely. Very good value for money.

A mirror on the wall in the bedroom would have been nice. There is one on the wardrobe door though, so im being a bit picky.

The way we were shown around the room, very friendly and welcoming. . The room. It was a nice size. the location was perfect , absolutely perfect to be able to walk to everywhere. The cleaness . Very clean and a nice room. Breakfast had a lovely selección. The restaurant looked lovely too.

The balcony had a not so nice view and smelled really strong of someone cooking burgers both days. The children at breakfast were playing in the courtyard and must have come in and out slamming the door each time over 30 times . They were banging on the glass Windows. This ruined our breakfast. The staff should have spoke to the parents. It was totally unacceptable.

The entrance to the hotel was a beautiful courtyard of exotic tropical plants truly exceptional and we knew that this hotel was going to be a real jewel ... our room was perfect the bathroom was amazing ... exception to detail throughout and a private staircase to the terrace overlooking Denia or a glass elevator if you prefer

The room was superb value but lacked a window so it was ok for a short stay, the bed was superb and the overall ambience of the hotel also superb. The breakfast was exceptional and again the room was fabulous

We were told we had to pay for wi fi at the hotel and this should be free in 2024 it is expected the world over, we then get a e-mail from booking.com to tell us we had free wi fi but could not access it.

An excellent hotel with a very good restaurant. Really helpful to have a lift and private parking onsite Many thoughtful extras - a long grab rail in the shower & a stool in the bathroom, a fridge & safe in the room.

At times it was noisy in the daytime. And kettle & tea/coffee in the room would have been welcome but these are minor criticisms compared to the many good points.
