The hotel was great, amazing location, spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very service oriented. We loved the facilities for the kids: swimming pools with slides, ball park, playground, entertainment, mini disco… what a great place for families. The breakfast and dinner buffet were also great for us, and only one block away from the beach… we couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely come back some day.

I am very positively surprised by this hotel, and we have been to many of them so far (mostly in Egypt, Turkey, or Europe with more stars), I think what is unique is the many types of fish. We spend 2 weeks there. The food was delicious, the all-inclusive worked fine (until 23:00 o'clock), I loved the personnel, and the swimming pool was good enough for my family with 2 kids. Beautiful view from the windows (on the castle and the sea). Clean rooms. Nice evening shows. You can park the car in the hotel (15 euro/night) or park for free close to the hotel (there is big parking next to the port). The beach is very close to the hotel, but we did not like it; we preferred the swimming pool in the hotel. BEACH: We preferred to drive to more beautiful beaches near Denia; just google them! There also was a place for bikes or other things you wanted to keep for free in the basement. Cool option. THANK YOU.

It is hard to find any problems. We had a great vacation!

The Port Denia is an ideal hotel to stay. We had breakfast and dinner which is all buffet. The food choices and quality are very good and the staff are great, welcoming, helpful and clearing away all the time. The hotel had entertainment each evening. It's a 10 min walk to the city centre, all on the flat, no hills or obstacles. The train station is 10mins walk and the bus station is around a 20 min walk or €6 in a taxi. Here you can get busses to Valencia and Alicante as well as other local towns. There is a large outdoor pool and lots of beds and outside space, but the weather was not so good when we're there, so didn't fully get the chance to use it. There is an indoor pool and sauna for guest use which is really good in cooler spring months.

There were blankets on the bed, which I think from a hygiene aspect need to be stopped and changed to quilts for winter and cooler months, as the clean blankets are not put on the bed each time the sheets are changed when a guest checks out!

All the food was good but I was disappointed that no gluten free or lactose free food was freely available. There was lactose free milk but it was just left out on the counter and was very warm rather than being on the cold shelf with the normal milk.

I feel the "no smoking on the terraces and balconies" rule was ignored. Our room was above the terrace and we could constantly smell the smoke particularly at night. I know it is difficult to monitor but a strictly no smoking rule on the premises would be better. There was the car parking area or the street where people could go to smoke.

Lack of equipment in the fitness room… no weights, running machine. Fitness room not air conditioned. No water in fitness room (although vending machine in the corridor outside)

The buffet breakfast was fine with reasonable choice. The dining room was busy between 0800hrs and 0900hrs. We had room 707 which was a top floor room with a view to the castle and over the town and marina to the sea. The room had two 3/4 beds. The pool and ouside ameneties looked very nice but we did not use them as the weather was cold with occaisional rain

There was a smell of sewage if the plugs were left out of the Sink, Bath and bidet. It is likely that as the room was on the 7th floor the drain seal was siphoning out. The matresses on the beds were firm and the pillows were thin. we were supplied with extra pillows when we asked at reception

The hotel was very clean. The staff is very helpful specially Natasha and both Veronica. The bed ia comfortable. The food is good and has lots of selections. The pool was lovely and the location of the hotel is great. Good value for money.

The food is not as hot but there is a microwave if you want your food more hot.

I authentically loved this hotel! It's super clean, spacious, has a big bath and big beds. It's full of elder people and I love elder people. They make parties and dance in the evenings and it's charming! And the breakfast, which is included in the price is super full.

Parking costs 20 euros per night. When the room costs 50, it feels like robery. All the rest was great.

It was our anniversary so we had asked for a room on a high floor with a view and the staff did not disappoint. We were on the top floor with a lovely view and balcony. Pool was cold but it wasn't hard to get a sun lounger. Breakfast could get very busy but the choice was better than most hotels. We had a very nice time here.

Coffee at breakfast was undrinkable. Quite a few guests not using gloves at breakfast - please enforce this, as it is so important with Covid that people follow the hygiene rules.

Very clean, good location, very closed to the beach and the marina. Great swimming pool but can get really busy during summer weekends. Ideal for families.

Food could be improved, what they have is tasty but not enough variety.
