Fabulous apartment (we chose the deluxe with hot tub). We hadn’t realised that we also had a jacuzzi bath, plus shower - and a separate shower room. The outside hot tub was pure luxury. The apartment was super well equipped with plenty of towels and bath robes. Breakfast at the Safari restaurant was outstanding (we stay away a lot in Spain and this was one of our tops). A choice of cooked breakfasts (full English, smashed avocado with poached eggs, and salmon with scrambled eggs). An extensive buffet of cold meats, cheese, salad, bread, fruits and yoghurt etc Despite it being the week before Christmas, we enjoyed a dip in the outdoor heated swimming pool and sat in the sunshine taking in the beautiful gardens and surrounds.

We were only there for two nights and our stay was perfect as there is a bar and restaurant on site. However, if you were staying longer, it is too far to walk to local towns and restaurants. I’m sure you can take taxi’s backwards and forwards - but whilst the complex is self contained, we would generally prefer to stay somewhere where we can walk to and experience local bars and restaurants.

Apartment is quite nice. Cormfy bed and nice siza.

No privacy on your jacuzzi area, no separation between neighbours on outside area. We could see both our neighbours beside us.. also no roof over the jacuzzi so higher floor rooms have direct sight to your jacuzzi.

Lovely resort style accommodation, very clean and comfortable

Check in was at 4pm and check out at 10am with a knock on the door from cleaning staff at 10am on the dot. If check in is so late check out should not be so early, its 6 hours difference and means on the day you get there you lose most of the day and the day you leave its an early start to be out on time.

We stayed for 3 nights Arrived late 9th June Checked out 12th June The apartment was great for a family. we bad a 2 year old , great space in it for all 3 of us. Pool area sun loungers were great .Our little one loved it!!! All staff we met along the way were lovely and very friendly Went to Mediterraneo Restaurant on our last night was so nice all staff accommodating and so lovely We would return in future if the check in was less confusing and there more supermarket amenities ,( otherwise we would plan a different shop in aldi) as the kitchen in the apartment is handy and we would definitely utilise more

on the booking the maps brought us to our apartment ( which had a guest services area but not for check in) but we were greeted by porters in which we then had to drive back( follow the porters as it was late and dark and didnt where we wer going) to the main reception and check in, to then go and follow the porters back to our apartment. This was very unsettling while dark as we didn't know the area and we had a small child with us! We had been flying and travelling since 10 am that morning and check in was very confusing/frustrating. The holiday shop below at guest services was a bit on the small idea to grab essentials. Could do with more of a mini supermarket in the area to make it easier for families.

Apartment (2bedroom, full kitchen) was even bigger than expected and very comfy. Staff is great. Location was great for us as we want to go for day trips to both Malaga and Marbella.

We didn’t go to its best restaurant but food at Safari can be improved. We asked cor an easy access toom but were given a toom on 1st floor. Later I saw there weee rooms eve with elevators. Don’t know what happened there but this was a bit of a problem with two kids, stroller and a grandma. Still! That didn’t kill the mood.

We were self catering in an amazing apartment with a hot tub and sea view. Spotlessly clean, serviced by happy, helpful and very polite staff. We did have breakfast on a number of days. It was fabulous. We expected continental breakfast, however the choice was amazing from lovely fresh fruit, cereal, cold meats, cheeses, pastries to a full cooked breakfast - eggs, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes etc. Loads of it and piping hot.

Safari Restaurant - super staff and amazing chef the food was delicious HOWEVER there was no other restaurant open and the menu in Safari, as good as it was, had not changed in a full year!! The programme of evening entertainment had changed also from the previous year. It was severely curtailed this year which was extremely disappointing!

Very functional kitchen, bin bags etc provided, small shampoo/gel + plenty of toilet paper. We had a sea view but the sea was a good bit away. Heated pool was lovely. Generally very comfortable stay for the price.

Very difficult to find check in location, went to 3 different places so request gps well in advance if driving. Can be noisy at night (other guests) so bring ear plugs. We had a car so location was fine (plenty of parking too) but likely to need to get taxi’s if going into the town. We didn’t use the little shuttle train but this maybe handy. Music in the bar in the evening. Heated pool was lovely.

We stayed seven nights here. Our room was excellent, nice and big. Lovely Hotel set in lovely gardens. The Staff are all friendly and helpful. There are road Trains to transport you to the corner of the property in order to access the tunnel to get across the dual carriage way. It's still a good walk in to Fuengirola. We were lucky to have a room overlooking the pool area and we could see the entertainment from our room. The Hotel had evening entertainment on most days we were there. Would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel has nothing to dislike. The location of the Hotel means that you have to drive from the Hotel in the opposite direction of Fuengirola in order to reach Fuengirola. Get to a certain point, come off the carriageway and turn around on a roundabout. The dual carriage way is fast moving.

Facilties are great,apartments are very comfortable and spacious, very nice and clean. The pool was just one step away from our apartment what was a plus. All the team was brilliant and very friendly. The train is another plus as the walk to the main entrance of the resort can be long depending where is your apartment allocated. For sure will be back

Only thing was the ants. I know this is nothing to with cleaning however maybe extra checks and source something to help this inside the apartments as can be very annoying and uncomfortable for a lovely and expensive resort as this

Good location, staff very friendly, especially in the Safari restaurant! Clean hot tub, clean pool, food very tasty. Resort train was running to make it easier for people to get around resort (resort is huge). 30min walk down to the city centre.

Ants in the room. Booked room with garden for my 2y old boy as he enjoys playing ball and got room with balcony, when questioned we were told that booking.com has up wrong photos of the room(wanted garden for my little boy so he could go out and play ball etc.) room was very small also, no housekeeping for the whole stay, but you can request it I think.
