god food and excellent service plus ideal location just outside the main sea front.

hotel management have to take a look at the reason and age groups why guests stay at the hotel. trying to run aquarobics at mid day and blasting load music at the guests around the pool I can say did not go well from the comments I was privy too. secondly if you have a smoking area like the outside balcony outside the 1st floor bar area ensure that the doors are closed so as prevent the smoke from making its way inside and inconveniencing those guests sitting in the lobby

The hotel was amazing, location was perfect for our Marenostrum visit. Staff was really professional and kind while having visitors for concert, conference in the hotel and a communion taking place at the same time. The spa was small but incredible, restaurants did not disappoint as there was plenty of options and both spa and restaurants were at a really reasonable price. Rooms and common spaces were clean and well looked after - The whole experience was excellent.

Great location, on the beach, on the edge of Fuengirola. Excellent breakfast buffet. Comfortable room with front sea view, very nice bathroom with bath. Very nice lobby, elaborate stairs, I really liked the style of the hotel with lots of space. Free parking. I was happy with the price I paid for two nights with breakfast and dinner, I thought it was very good value, I was given a room with a shower and when I asked to change immediately I was offered a different room with a bath. They only provide one pillow but when I requested another pillow that was not a problem. Helpful staff.

No kettle, tea or coffee in the room, but they will supply it if you ask at reception. No iron anywhere in the hotel. Could only use the heated indoor pool and gym if you pay for the Spa. Someone charged their evening drinks at the Restaurant to my room - I didnt have to pay for this but I didnt like the confusion - if you are half board, food is included but not the drinks - I paid each day in cash and I would recommend getting a receipt as this would have helped me if I had done this.

Excellent breakfast plenty of variety. Plenty of options for people with food intolerances. Beautiful Long Beach and spotlessly clean. Very walkable into town. Lots of great restaurants. Good value for money. Pleased to see sunbeds and umbrellas on beach opposite hotel which is an addition from my last stay. Hotel exceptional felt private and special.

DOGS unfortunately are everywhere!! Not accepted in hotel thank goodness. The beaches are beautiful and although there is a dog only area on far end of beach there are still plenty of people smuggling early morning and later evening walkies with their pooches thinking it’s ok!! I hope the authorities will take steps to eradicate this behaviour.

Spa was completely booked, if there was a prebook option on the website it would be nice so people going primarily for the spa could book in advance

Rooms were very good size, comfortable bad, nice bathroom. Each room has very nice balcony with sea view. It is pleasure to spend some time there. Breakfast is open buffet very good quality and many choices definitely worth it. Open buffet is also available for lunch and dinner with some entertainment Beach front hotel easy to access to the beach. Long beach walk directly to the city Fuengirola. Spa is looks fine but i did’t use a bit expensive.

Sea quality is on general not very good in that area a lot of rock and seaweed all the beach Beach area is not belong to hotel so bad and umbrella is not free. The hotel pool area is very nice a lot of shade even they have pool animations and water gym but I have two complaints about pool side First the pool is not cleaning well. I informed 2 times but had not change. Second pool bed are VERY uncomfortable has no cushion and bed surfaces damaged and bended they needed be change urgently.

We had a great stay. The dining room staff are fabulous. They are so busy and keep the restaurant well run and looking after guests. Housekeeping are wonderful too - the room was cleaned early every day to a good standard.. Liked the location right on the beach and the promenade to Fuengirola. Good pool, bar options and restaurant facilities. The entertainment staff had just started - they were lovely, really friendly and fun. Maybe to get people engaged they could put a sign outside the breakfast room detailing the activities for the day.

I thought it was all great. Maybe some reception staff could be more smiley. I asked if umbrellas were available one day and was told No. However the next day I heard a man asking the same question and he was given an umbrella!!

the hotel is very nice and comfortable and well priced for the facilities

the bar area is a nice place to be but would be enhanced by some music not necessarily live music but some back ground music to give more of a vibe - I’m sure more people would stay longer and spend more if there was more atmosphere there!

the pool area is very good the views sea facing are lovely the junior suite very nice but some of the furniture needs updating. the staff are all fantastic helpful friendly and very well trained - The team in the reservations office are great Virginia was amazing and extremely pleasant to deal with. Jacqueline Petit lovely as always and very attentive and helpful.

some of the furniture in the Junior suite in the lounge area needs updating badly - it’s a great space but a small spend could make it more luxurious and comfortable.

very plush impressive looking hotel. comfortable rooms with amazing sea views. spotlessly clean. breakfast was good & a bonus to sit outside in morning sunshine. reception staff very polite & helpful very quiet poolside

hotel lacked any entertainment, when asked at reception Saturday night was told only entertainment was football on the large TV. Hotel was very impressive but lacked an atmosphere/ Vibe. Location wise was bit of a walk to the centre / Marina, but saying that it is a lovely walk along the seafront
