god food and excellent service plus ideal location just outside the main sea front.

hotel management have to take a look at the reason and age groups why guests stay at the hotel. trying to run aquarobics at mid day and blasting load music at the guests around the pool I can say did not go well from the comments I was privy too. secondly if you have a smoking area like the outside balcony outside the 1st floor bar area ensure that the doors are closed so as prevent the smoke from making its way inside and inconveniencing those guests sitting in the lobby

It's our new place to go in Costa Del Sol. It's our third time in 13 months. Some of my party arrived 2 days after me and they managed to put our rooms together which I was very pleased with.

Disappointed that the outdoor pool was not in use. I didn't see any notification of being advised of this. I booked in for a massage and when I arrived I was not given a robe etc., just brought straight to massage room. Changed in the room. I redressed again in the massage room. I passed others in their robes as I left. I felt I missed out on the proper 'Spa treatment'. The person who gave the massage was excellent, however she appeared to be unwell, she needed to blow her nose a number of times during the hour. This made me very uncomfortable.

Front line beach hotel, location, friendly and very helpful staff, very nice pool. Great selection at breakfast and dinner at the buffet, and very very good food and service at the pool beach restaurant.

The sun beds could do with a soft mattress, as older people like myself with certain health issues found it really uncomfortable.

Everything! We love this hotel and it was our third time staying there. The breakfast/ lunch & evening meal choices are brilliant and lovely setting to enjoy your food outside (or inside). Rooms are lovely with a real Spanish charm, staff our friendly and you cannot beat the view from the room - beautiful.

Whilst we were there we got engaged and my other half asked the reception staff to put something in our room to congratulate us (for me) but they were not very helpful and wanted him to purchase one of their packages which was too expensive.

Hotel room was maintained really clean all days during our stay. The staff was very pleasant, they do their best to answer any question you might have and help you. You have everything that you need inside of the Hotel complex. We had included both breakfast and dinner, and both were buffet and had really good options. A lot of quality and fresh food. We had access to pool, and behind the pool, you have a door from where you can access the beach area. Hotel has a lot of common area available which are kept clean and tidy all the time. You also have parking available in front of the hotel, which is not secured and controlled unfortunately. You have a lot of people who dont know how to park, with the parking spaces being really tight, you can easily get into the situation of being it impossible to access your car or get it scratched. All in all, it was really nice to stay again here. Very good quality for the money.

First of all, the SPA area was not working. During our stay, the renovation was being done, which is a kind of bummer because we really wanted to have SPA access as well. The hotel was full, so there were a lot of people which you could notice, especially in the pool. Water, even though there was a guy cleaning / testing it each morning, was a bit dirty ( if you dive in, you could see dead pieces of skin and women hair). The rooms are kept clean but you can notice some wear and tear. For example, the shower was not working well, it would surprise you with very hot or very cold water all of a sudden. Even so, we really had a nice time, and we will be back for sure!

The hotel was amazing, location was perfect for our Marenostrum visit. Staff was really professional and kind while having visitors for concert, conference in the hotel and a communion taking place at the same time. The spa was small but incredible, restaurants did not disappoint as there was plenty of options and both spa and restaurants were at a really reasonable price. Rooms and common spaces were clean and well looked after - The whole experience was excellent.

Breakfast was ok, but could have replenished food a bit better. Staff and hotel lovely. We did not eat in for our evening meals

Whilst it was out of season we were disappointed that whilst there was, at some point, more than 60 people around the pool, the pool bar never opened nor did any staff circulate to see if any drinks or food was required. We were advised that if the pool was busy it would open in mornings but it never did. We had issue with hairdryer which we reported at approx 6pm one evening, we had to chase at 5pm following evening as still not working with smell of burning

Very cosy and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The air conditioning works perfectly. Very tasty cuisine - incredible choice and quality of dishes. Very close convenient beach. Good friendly staff both in the hotel and in the restaurant. There are beach towels, but unfortunately, I did not find information about their availability in the hotel description before the trip. And this is important to know. A deposit of 20 euros is taken for a towel. The railway station is not convenient to get to, but close and not expensive by taxi. The common areas of the hotel are very nicely scented with a delicate and pleasant smell.

Very big problems with drinking water in the hotel. Upon arrival, they give you only one small bottle per person. Then in a bar or restaurant, if you buy a big bottle of water, you can't bring it to your room because it's in a glass bottle - they don't allow you to take it out. In fact, drinking water in your room every day becomes a big expense for you. There are no shops nearby where you can buy water, you have to go somewhere else. We were unpleasantly surprised that the bar refused to open a bottle of our own wine when we bought it for a special day and wanted to drink it in the room. They asked for 16 euros to open the bottle and the price of the bottle was 6 euros.

Plenty of choice of food. Nice pool with ample sunbeds. Good view from my room. I was provided with a kettle when I asked for one.

Lift in the Ronda building very slow, occasionally not working. Shampoo in my room was empty which I didn’t discover till I was wet. Cleaner came in my room even though I put do not disturb sign up. I had made sure it hadn’t fallen off when I left. Reception sort of apologised but said it could have been kids! There were no kids in the hotel. Busy road at the back, but not noisy in the room. A 10-15 minute walk to restaurants. Shame the spa wasn’t free, and only appointments in the morning, maybe that is different in summer.

Breakfast was amazing, although disappointed with booking.com as they didn't allow us to pre-book breakfast. The bed was so comfy and the room was perfect, although we didn't realise that a kettle & cups wasn't provided until reception gave us a map and some info on the 5th day of our stay. The shower is the best I have ever had! Amazing for a hotel that size. The outside area, pool and access to the beach was great, a perfect location. The food and service at the Beach Bar was fantastic. Luckily we got the beach view, I don't think I would have liked the road side as it was quite noisy, but it wasn't an issue for us. We used the gym and that was great. The staff were all really helpful, friendly and polite. I enjoyed staying here a lot more than I thought I would. Thank you!

The wifi was very slow and didn't work sometimes. I had planned to do some work while there but I couldn't do much because the wifi wasn't working at the right times.
