Beds were comfortable, room was very clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Kettle, hairdryer and mini fridge in the room, shower had good water pressure and was spacious. Parking was available downstairs out of the sun for an additional 6 euros. Location was good and we were able to continue our journey straight out onto the motorway.

Maximum beds per room is 3 so difficult for a family of 4 or 5 travelling. Would be nice if some of the rooms were set up like other hotels, with bunk beds for children, to accommodate a family. In fairness to the hotel, they did give us rooms right next to each other which was helpful.

All was really excellent! I was travelling for business purposes at Getafe and needed a place to stay just for one night nearby the meeting business place, so I could go walking the very next day. Your hotel exceed totally all my expectations. the king-side bed was just wonderful and confortable. As firm as I needed to. The room was carefully decorated and very clean. Also confortable. I didn't include breakfast on my room reservation, but took it anyway and paid fot it. It was totally worth it. Thank you very much. I've recommended you to my boss who frequently travel to Getafe for business and didn't know about you. So next time he will make the reservation at your hotel.

The room was clean, bed was comfy, the room has a safe, good and easily accessible location of the hotel (if you have a car), gated parking.

The bathroom could use some paint refreshing maintenance around the edges of the shower doors and floor where the daily cleaning could not be effective enough in removing the dirt buildup.

We came from Denmark to visit family, Lovely hotel, very clean, the personal was just nice all of them they were ready to help in any situation.

The only thing i didn't like about the stay at the hotel, its that the hotel is placed in the middle of industrielle zone, we have to take uber very day back and forth any time we wanted to eat,buy things or go out, no supermarket, or bus or train close to the hotel....anyway still nice and beautiful hotel.

The rooms have everything you need and the beds are of good quality. You can park your car inside and that's great. Reception is 24h open

The staff is not really friendly and they look quite 'angry', probably not at the customers...for the parking you need to pay and since I'm already paying for the room I don't find it fair.... The general vibe of the place is quite 'generic' and it looks a bit desolate, I would put more attention to coulors, more lively maybe...

The bed was extremely comfortable.

On the second day, a large group of young school children arrived and instead of allocating the whole group into the same floor in order for the school teachers to be able to moniter them, they were scattered everywhere, therefor they were making an incredible amount of noise everytime they were in their rooms. They kept running up and down the corridors and screaming.

Good value for money and friendly staff. Bathrooms super clean and everything works very well.

Location was not that attractive, food options limited and boring, and rooms were a bit too hot in November. Lights not all working.. Asked for double got two single beds which was a downer.

The hotel has interior and exterior parking. Charging clients for exterior parking seems unreasonable. Breakfast was good but could have a little more variety.

The room was clean and the staff was excellent.

The hotel is located very far away from the center, and there are not many options of buses. But I can fully recommend the hotel for any guests with a car.
