We stayed in an entire apartment here and it was absolutely outstanding! Very clean, the expectations were clear, and plenty of room for all of us to spread out a little bit which we needed since we are in the middle of a two-month journey. Also, this apartment had the most beautiful walk-in closet I think I have ever seen. it also had dish racks in the kitchen that were open to the sink, so you could put your (clean) wet dishes in and they would drip dry without leaving any sort of a mess! I want those in my own home! Overall, this was an excellent, clean, very comfortable stay, and we really appreciated the staff who answered all of our detailed questions! Also, its location was absolutely perfect for everything we did.

The hotel accommodated our request for rooms close together, and in the annexe - the hotel that's not actually part of the Smallest Hotel in the World bit - because I need to use a lift. I was very lucky and got a room with a view on to the street, and I absolutely love calle Molinos, and the barrio of Realejo. The hotel staff could not be nicer or more helpful, they are all so pleasant to everyone and take endless trouble marking bus stops and cafes and restaurants on maps for their residents.

Over the years, I have stayed in this hotel many times and I have never found anything at all that I don't like. It is cool and pleasant in the hottest of summers, like last summer, and extra blankets were supplied this time (as well as perfectly functioning heating in the rooms) when it was cold in Granada. I am reluctant to post this as I know I'll always want there to be a room available for me when I want to stay here again, which I most definitely will do

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Grosery shops, bakery, coffee shops , restaurants, bus stop - everything just right there. Room is small, but enough for 1 - 2 person. Air-conditioning works perfectly. Free to charge safety box. Bathroom spacious and have everything essential. Nice bonus - terrace with excellent views (entrance not from the room, but from the general stairs). Ideal for short stays, business trip or weekends. One detail - hotel doesn't have a lift. A little bit noisy, if the window is open. But not too much for stay in the city.

I cannot say anything about the main building because we stayed in the unit next door that belongs to the hotel. It was 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen and living room that was perfect for our family of 4. Location is very convenient, we could walk to the all major places. We didn't use their breakfast but we did use the garage that was very convenient in the busy old city. They were very nice and allowed us to keep our car in he garage for 2 hr after check out time that gave us the opportunity to explore some sightseeing before we left the city.

The view to the street was amazing! Located in a calm area, you can find is a small market around the corner. Around 30min walk to the Alhambra (expect hills and stairs), but also very near to the bus station if you choose to go by bus. The room was very comfortable and clean, it had all we needed.

There is no elevator. For elder people is tiring to go to upper floors after a long day of exploring. It can get very noisy as well, we could hear a lot of loud voices all the way from the reception to the third floor, and we also could hear our neighbor talking on the phone.

Location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the historic centre. Also, there is a bus stop to Alhambra just around the corner. The room was very quiet - great sound proofing. The bathroom was very big and everything is newly refurbished. We also had breakfast - there was a nice simple choice of Andalusian style breakfast, cold cuts, pastry, fruit, juices cheese, - overall we were satisfied, the bread was fresh and excellent. We stayed one night only and it was absolutely a great hotel choice. I recommend.

The coffee at breakfast was the only minus. Otherwise, everything was very good. Just a note - we booked twin room originally - but it was on the 3rd floor without lift. My elderly mom couldn't climb the stairs. Not sure if this was advertised on Booing, definitely an important information about no lift. Anyway - the receptionist exchanged our rooms for free and gave us another one in the adjacent building with lift. Can't complain, THANK YOU!

Excellent breakfast selection including cereal, yogurt, fruit, cheese, and meat. It's a bit of a distance from the bus and train stations but the local bus to the Alhambra is about a block away and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very clean and included a desk and chair which I appreciated as I needed to work while I was staying there. Plenty of hot water and the shower set up is nice to use.

The toilet is loose; it needs to be anchored floor properly.

Very well located: you can reach the Alhambra and all other major points of interest easily by walking. In case you need a taxi, you can get one in one minute. Nice and safe area. Friendly and helpful staff, available to give recommendations, help with taxi booking and baggage storage after checkout. Overall, very good price-performance even if booked in short advance.

The card-keys get demagnetized very easily and often and it’s a bit annoying; fortunately there is an emergency number to call if you end up blocked outside the hotel after 10pm and the staff is very helpful, but if the problem is so well known, it would maybe worth it to find a new more stable system. The Wi-Fi was dropping off often. The AC could have been a little “stronger”.

This was a simple yet satisfactory hotel rated 1 star. Our scores are based on this. The system for late arrival worked very well. The second room we stayed in was perfectly adequate with a big bathroom and communal sitting space with small kitchenette. Breakfast was simple continental. It is well located to walk to all of the main sites.

The initial bedroom was too small with a shower that was unusable for a tall man. The hotel explained it was due to our late arrival and we were able to move the following day. Be prepared to queue for breakfast. The double beds are not generous in size and have an odd single pillow arrangement.

This hotel was a perfect base for our Alhambra visit. The staff was very friendly and no problem communicating in English. Sorry I don't speak Spanish well. Since the location is in the older part of town, parking is very difficult there but they do offer a location near the hotel. The lobby was closed overnight so make sure you make any arrangements before they close.

My only complaint is their Wifi was so slow that I couldn't use it.
