It takes about 25min to walk up to Alhambra and about 10 min down to the town.

They put a kind of very strong toilet perfume (Green and using electrical to spread) in the living room and it is a disaster to us. Luckily, we found the sourcing and take it off.

The visit was exactly what I was hoping for - and I would gladly visit again in the future. Golondrinas is located in picturesque area, a very short distance from Alhambra. We stayed in the top floor apartment with a touching view of the city (the photos definitely don't lie!), that gave the place an undoubted touch of uniqueness. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and cozy - large enough for a couple, although it could probably fit a third person without the feeling of discomfort. A mezzanine bed might seem unusual, but we found it rather interesting than even slightly troublesome. All the equipment was functional and well maintained. The bathroom was spacious and convenient, perfect for a relaxing shower after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary utensils - I felt like at home, being able to prepare full-fledged meals for an intense day. Slow, evening dinner with a glass of wine and a view of the roofs of Granada is a memory I will keep for a long time.

The only way to reach the host was by using the internet. Though in the end, I had no problems entering the apartment, I felt a bit uncomfortable, getting the necessary instructions just hours before my arrival (and not being sure, if I would even be able to receive them - due to my poor internet access during travel).

Starting off with the helpfulness of the owner, easy contact with advice like where to park. The flat was easy to get to with easy access. The flats are compact but have everything you need. As we unpacked the kids had working Netflix on the TV and watched a movie. The flat was clean and had character. The fridge was on so we were able to put in our food/milk etc. We parked in La Alhambra €22/day (not bad) and there's a closer parking but it was full. The city Center (as well as Alhambra) are walking distance and we did it with kids and a pram. Quiet area of Granada and with lots of charm. The rooms have AC/ climate control so you can be cool in summer and warm in winter. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.

I gave it a 10 so I liked it all. The only caution is, if you can't get up stairs or are not able bodied it might be tricky to get to some of apartments on the 1st floor.

Everything that you would need, good shower, close to city, lovely decorations in public spaces..very pretty, arty feel. Bed was comfortable.

We are in our 60’s and we had the highest room in the house… it was very difficult to carry luggage up all those stairs, our room had low ceilings and we bumped our head several times…we had very small windows that were near the floor and you could not see anything outside and there was very little natural light. I did not know the washing machine was in public area. Photo in your ad is deceptive, as there is nowhere in building that has that view. It was difficult to find at first, and we drove around for 30 minutes before we found building with help from locals. Also parking was not easy. We never saw any staff.

Quaint, quirky accommodation with an excellent location close to the Alhambra Palace. Lovely terrace off main room for breakfast and evening drinks.

Quite difficult to find, it's on a narrow dead end street, which makes dropping off and and then reversing back down interesting! Very steep shiny stairs, our dog slipped and fell. The sleeping area was a mezzanine level, with open tread steps and a mattress on the floor. It would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

This is the third time we have stayed in this flat. It is quite spacious and the little terrace is lovely and mostly sheltered even if it rains. The location is great (right in the Albaicin) and a quick walk to the attractions and the center. It is quiet and relaxing too. From the kitchen/living area I could watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the mountains and city.

This hotel offers an excellent location for those looking to explore the city at a reasonable cost. Nestled comfortably in proximity to the historic Alhambra, it's a gem for those wishing to be close to major attractions. The apartments are comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities that one might require during their stay. Whether you're planning a short visit or a longer sojourn, the facilities ensure a cozy and convenient experience.

However, a word of caution for those traveling by car: parking can be a challenge. The vicinity lacks easy parking options, so if you're driving, be prepared for a bit of a hunt.

The location is perfect as it is situated in the old part of Granada and has very easy acces to Alhambra, which was the object of our stay. There is a bus station nearby that will take you to Alhambra in just a few minutes. Also, the terace is gorgeous and very spacious, and we enjoyed drinking our cofee there.

If you're traveling in the summer it can be very hot, especialy in the upper part of the appartment, we had a duplex appartment and it was imposible to sleep upstairs. The appartment is equiped with air conditioning, but it just can't cool off the bed upstaires. There is a roof window, but it can't open unforrunately; if it did open, you wouldn't need air conditioning at all, since the temparature falls to 20C during the night.

First of all, the location of the hotel was very good. We were able to tour the entire city center by walk. You can reach the Nasrid Palace directly from the hotel, within a 10-minute walk from the back gate of the Alhambra. Our room was very spacious and clean. Although we went on the hottest days of the summer, the air conditioning was sufficient and we were comfortable. Hotel staff were very caring and polite. They made useful suggestions about the city. We look for free parking on the first day with Renato. :) We couldn't find, but it was ok. He also helped for the car park near the hotel (24€ for 2 days). Thanks for all!

The entry codes were sent before my arrival, so all is well. The staff are only a Whatsapp away:-) The rooms are lovely and, of course, the flat with the terrace and view is extra special. The location is very central: short walk to the Alhambra and also to the old part of the city with the cathedral and other attractions.

It was a bit rainy this time, but you can't control the weather:) The flats were warm and cosy.
