Really welcoming check in at reception and very easy parking. The hotel has a very comfortable atmosphere with decoration local to the area. Easy access to all areas. The location although a good 20 minutes downhill walk to the City is well accessed by public transport and taxi. The room was a good size and bathroom well proportioned. The bed was comfortable with pillows of different thickness. The restaurant and bar were comfortable and managed by happy helpful staff. Food in both was of a very good standard with hot food actually hot !

Only small cold plates available in the restaurant, not good for hot food. No heating in the bathroom.

Great position opposite the Alhambra. Easy access to Granada centre via bus stops outside Alhambra. Some people may prefer to stay in the centre but this worked well for us. We drove & there is a car park although 22 € a day quite expensive. Regular bus service , every 10-15 minutes. Very clean, staff very friendly & helpful. Lovely hotel .

My room was too warm. No air con as it was off season being November. Had to sleep with window fully open. I asked for a fan as it was quite unbearable sometimes & this was immediately provided!😊 It would have been nice if pool was open as a swim in a cool pool would have been lovely after a day sightseeing in the heat (23-24 deg!)

Location perfect for Alhambra visit and fab views with great hotel facilities and very comfortable rooms

The food left a lot to be desired... very bland and seemed like an old fashioned idea of what tourists like... dont season anything as it might upset someone.... it was edible but not inspiring for a 4 star hotel.

The location was great - near the Alhambra Palace. It was easy to walk into town and then catch a bus back to avoid walking up the hill! Our room was very comfortable and everything was extremely clean. Breakfast was good with a wide selection. We loved the swimming pool. The staff were helpful.

The staff could have been more friendly - although they were helpful they were not particularly friendly. There was not a lot of storage space for clothes - my husband kept his in his case. A shelf in the bathroom and some hooks on the bathroom door for towels would have been appreciated. These are little points - we had a good stay and would return if we ever visit Granada again.

Great location on an excellent bus route, our room was a good size with a big en-suite and decent sized balcony, cleaned daily to a good standard. Hotel is a fairly big one (5 floors) with 3 lifts, offered buffet breakfast, buffet lunch, buffet dinner, food in bar area & a restaurant, didn’t do the buffet lunch or dinner as nothing particularly appealed but the bar food & restaurant were both lovely, breakfast was the usual selection of cold & hot offerings and was often enough to see us past lunchtime. Staff were polite & helpful. Car parking available on a first come first served basis.

My only small niggle would be that the parking is expensive and really bumps up the cost of the stay (over 20€ a day).

We loved the location as the hotel is just out of the city and close to the Alhambra and also close to a beautiful garden just down the hill. The walk into town is through a lovely paved park with running water channels, mature trees and places to sit and rest. Although the walk is on quite a long steep hill there are regular busses running all day. There is a pretty olive grove behind the hotel with wonderful views of the city. There are shops and restaurants near the hotel.

Our bed was very firm and so were the pillows and both were foam. We did ask for softer pillows and we kindly and quickly given some slightly softer ones but unfortunately I still woke up with a stiff neck and both my husband and myself didn’t sleep well. ( we are quite sensitive to different mattresses and this may not be an issue at all for other people). We stayed 3 nights Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and found the hotel was v quite at night on Wednesday and Thursday but on the Friday there was noise coming from outside our window from people talking and laughing until the early hours and that added to our sleep issues . We were on the 3rd floor.

Excellent location, a few hundred yards from entrance to Alhambra. Parking fairly straightforward, since hotel has arrangement with Alhambra car park – but even so it can take a while to find a space. Room had balcony with excellent view towards Alhambra and the City. Clean and comfortable. Served our purpose very well as a base. Main restaurant (dinner only) on third floor terrace was good.

Breakfast not that inspiring, and buffet didn't always open at lunchtime if not enough customers turned up. Overall, quite expensive for what it is – though to be fair perhaps not given _where_ it is. It's a modern building; compared with other hotels we stayed in, which were period buildings, lacked character, but it is good of its type, which is a modern, clean, efficient, chain hotel.

The beds were very comfortable. The 4th floor evening terrace restaurant was lovely. The decor and common seating areas were great.

Important to note hotel is at the top of a hill from centro. Lots of extra walking, be prepared. The pool was too small for the number of rooms they have, very crowded. There were not enough chairs. Of the 3 days, many people were sitting on the floor or left because there was nowhere to sit. There should be a person to watch the pool area and manage the people who leave things on chairs and do not use them. Food at buffet was not great and it was in the basement of hotel, dispressing setting that I did not repeat. Parking issues that we spent 25€ extra on top of the 67€ and I missed a train because we could not exit with the system that was set up for longer stay hotel guests. Not the fault of the hotel, but the suggested parking as they were full the whole time we were there.

We went to Granada to see the Alhambra so the hotel's location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to the main entrance, and from there we could get the C30 bus to the town centre. The room was comfortable with complimentary tea/coffee. Breakfast has lots of choices.

The parking charges make the stay quite expensive. Being hotel guests we would expect to be charged a bit less than in a public car park but it was just as expensive. We weren't told about the C35 bus which stops right outside the hotel, so when we got back very late at night and had to walk up from the Alhambra entrance it was a bit scary.

Rose the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, we felt happy and welcomed once we met her. Rose made the check inn ver easy and a wonderful experience. Rose explained to us all about Alhambra palace and she gave us a good recommendations on a flamengo dancing to watch and she booked it immediatly. The breakfast was excellent and the ingredinets were very well picked and with high standards. The swimming pool was very nice and clean. The rooms were very quite and clean. The beds were comfortable. Alhambra palace is a few walking steps from the hotels. I will definetly comeback again!

We have to pay more than 21 euros for the parking space.
