Hotel Trevenque is in Plaza Andalucia which is at the heart of the resort and a few meters away from the Al Andalus cable cars. The Hotel has direct access from -2 level of the Plaza Andalucia parking. Room was large and comfortable. It was very warm thanks to the heating which worked well.

The fact that the Hotel has direct access from the parking is not highlighted enough. More importantly, the Hotel should tell guests to tell Resort Security or Policia Nacional that they have a reservation as that will allow them to go through even when the parking is supposedly completely full. Unfortunately, I was not aware of this on the Sunday and ended up parking 35 mins walk away on arrival.

Lovely quiet apartment despite being so central and so close to the lifts. You just take a lift from the locker room up and you are right by the gondola. Beds were comfy and shower was great. Place was spotless. Well equipped too. It's the little things like providing washing up liquid and tea towels plus condiments like salt & Olive oil. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. We were able to leave our bags in a locked room until our apartment was ready (we arrived early in the morning on the bus from Granada).

It is quite expensive but overall probably worth it for the location and the size of the apartment.

Location was excellent. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Cleaners came every day. Room had everything we needed. Complimentary Ski lockers were in a great location.

The beds were uncomfortable but that is a personal preference. Finding the hotel entrance in the parking was difficult as I didn’t have any instructions but that could be a booking.com thing instead of a trevenque problem.

Location of the hotel was perfect, ski locker in the car park and accessibility to the Al-Andalus lift to the slopes at Borreguiles was excellent

Cooked breakfast items served as a buffet on the first two mornings were cold. Hotel changed to taking orders for hot items (bacon / eggs etc) for the last two mornings which worked so much better.

the pillows on the bed were not comfortable although when asked we were provided with extra pillows :) The room even with the heating turned off was far too hot for us, we are not used to central heating and it was a bit of a shock to get used to - i know you have to keep guests warm and its a personal preference

Excellant location, shut for first few days dew to high winds but with restaurants/take aways on your doorstep was ok. We relaxed with some box sets as room have dvds . Only downside with all the food and wine when lifs open it was a jod to make the old legs work but over all great time. P.s room have kitchens so you can sort your on breakfast 3/4 small food shops in resort so great time.

I always stay at this hotel, quality is always good. It is very central and very close to the ski lifts.

It's a lovely place, really liked it. Very big, bright room. Breakfasts are quite tasty, and we ordered dinner in the room, portion was very big, we didn't expect it, and as breakfast it was tasty. The location of the hotel is very comfortable, there are lockers right near the lifts. I recommend this place to stay in.

Would be good to have a kettle in the room.

The weather was so bad, orange rain/snow, we decided to cut our losses after 2 nights and leave. Unfortunately Bookings policy didn't allow hotel staff to refund unused nights

Location, close to Ski Lifts and all Village Facilities, Ski Ticket Office, Ski Hire, Bars, Restaurants, etc. Secure Car Park directly next to hotel lower entrance, discounted for Guests.

The Room is a little dated, but 'typical' of older Spanish Hotels, saying this it did not deduct from our vacation and we would happily stay here again
