The location is perfect, ski in / out when conditions are right, only a short walk to the chair lift that takes you up and down to the plaza, or 15 mins walk, the staff are fantastic, and the room was pleasent.the breakfast is what you'd expect.

In this day in age, I would expect a safe in the room to keep your valuebles safe, I did ask the staff if they could look after my passports etc, which was not a problem.

Basic but clean rooms with view over mountain. Good breakfast buffet and lots of apres-ski atmosphere.

Leisure furniture on terrace most uncomfortable for any lengthy use albeit obviously weather resistant.

The friendly and welcoming staff in all departments, the direct access to the slopes, and the sunny terrace to enjoy the fabulous views with a refreshing drink

The hotel caters for school parties and this was reflected in the type of food offered, particularly in the evening for diner. Whilst there was a lot of choice, pasta, meat , fish etc., it was mostly rather bland and the meat dishes were mostly from the cheaper cuts of meat.

Great breakfast, reasonable prices at bar, ski hire on site efficient. Warm, cosy hotel. Way better than expected based on reviews read before booking.

Boot rooms pretty cold and damp. Not hotel's fault, but ticket machines for parking nearby are frustrating to use. Would be good if breakfast started a bit earlier on weekends-

rooms are nice, access to slopes is great and staff are really helpful

quite a lot of school children staying in hotel , dinner times were a bit hectic although staff managed it well

The ability to be able to ski in and out from the hotel, and also purchase the lift pass and hire ski equipment on site was great. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful and the price of drinks in the bar and sunny apres ski terrace were very reasonable. The bedroom was warm and comfortable with plenty of hot water. We will book again in the future.

Whilst there was an excellent and varied choice of food, the hot dishes were quite often only lukewarm which was disappointing.

Loved having a family room when I only booked a double. Lots of choice at mealtime. Warm and lots of hot water. Parking only €10 a night. Parador chairlift only 250m away.

No pool, no kettle, no bath, no safe, mattress hard. Mealtimes were extremely noisy and stressful with 100 schoolchildren pushing to get their food first.

We had breakfast and dinner included, and both were amazing. Great bar downstairs, TV and several lounges that can be utilized by guest to play games. Hotel near the slope, ye sadly at the time we were there, it didn't have enough snow.

I liked the very friendly and helpful staff, also the cleanliness was brillant, our bed was comfy, had TV and good access to WiFi. Breakfast and Dinner was buffetstyle and tasty and plenty. We like the bar area as well, nice to relax in. Thank you😘

The room was smaller than we have had before and the bathroom was too small.

Good breakfast, very friendly staff and made to feel very welcome with lovely customer service. We eat late the second day to avoid people and had a lot more pleasant experience. My wife had a massage plus we both used the Spa facilities which enhanced our stay.

Buffet in the evening especially with COVID felt uncomfortable when getting our food. Would like to have a small choice and be set at a table rather than mixing with lots of people.
