staff are amazing

I would of preferred a central room not a corner one. not everyone was checked in that day and despite asking for a room change it wasnt possible . Yet 4 hours later people were still checking into empty rooms. so being the earlier guest I feel I should of been given a choice. But that is really being over picky because the place is always great and have no real complaints at all in general. Brilliant friendly staff and place is extra clean and the best location in the resort.

Great location, the room is very clear. The kitchen is small and contains all necessary for preparing meals. There was coffee, tea, the kitchen was clean. Definitely would choose same location for next visit in Sierra Nevada.

In the room it smelled a bit too much like chlorine and we had to leave the windows opened all day to refresh the air. I understand this is used for cleaning and I appreciate the cleaning however adding less chlorine would help.

They gave us a free upgrade as they had a suite available, which meant we had lots of room, a nice stove in the kitchen, and had already booked for an amazing view with twin beds, so we were chuffed.

Not much we didn't like actually. Maybe the advice from the receptionist could have been a bit better, but she wasn't the one in charge of the skiing organisation, her colleague was and her colleague was very good.

Location, very central with good parking area and great access to everything in the village. Ideal location. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff members speaking several languages. Lookers for skis by the door of the unit.

Not to much to do for non skiers in the winter season. Cleaning could be a little better... and at least some service during 1 week stay... and terrace was useless as dirty from day one unfortunately. No place to dry/warm the sky boots for the next day... used the kitchen floor to not destroy the nice wooden floors of the unit.

We loved the ease of the door codes to enter the building and the room. Moreover, the staff was INCREDIBLE! Hospitality was 150%!!! Excellent! Also, we liked that there were lockers for storage of ski equipment as it was very convenient. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!

The WiFi is terrible. There is no possibility to stream Netflix or anything like that in the evening because all the guests are trying to use WiFi at the same time. I was on a work conference call (Microsoft Teams) and the connection was so terrible that I had to get off.

Location is amazing, clean rooms, they also did some renovations during the last year to some rooms. Tanya is amazing and she also gave us an upgrade to the room. It´s the second time staying here with kids and close by you have supermarkets and some restaurants to go out and have lunch or dinner. Also parking is free of charge (October) and really around the corner to the entrance.

Inside Plaza is in a great location, short walking distance from the cable cars. We were given an upgrade to an apartment. Staff very helpful, booked ski passes for us which were waiting on arrival. Flat was warm and comfortable, including beds. Would return

Nothing really the only criticism is the speed of the lift.

I love that this aparthotel had a front desk. It is nice knowing someone is on the property site in case anything goes wrong. The rooms were very comfy. The building was built for skiing with ski lockers next to the rooms and large dressout areas with benches on each floor. Everything was clean and in good shape. The bed was comfortable. The furniture was in good shape. The kitchen was well appointed, although I did not cook this time around, but the kitchen was equipped with everything needed if I wanted to cook.

It may have been a little loud in the building, but I didn't have any problems falling asleep at night and it was very quite at night.
