The room was as we asked for - quiet for our dog. On fourth floor overlooking garden so no traffic noise. Very helpful young man who spoke pretty good English. Restaurant/bar served very good reasonably priced dinner. We did not take breakfast as we only wanted coffee and a croissant. Bar open all day for coffee and snacks. Lovely walk behind the hotel along the river. Ideal for our little dog.

we were lucky enough to arrive at a quiet time and secured the last parking space in front of the hotel otherwise it was only public parking somewhere nearbye. When we left our room we could not lock the door and had to ask the guy in recption to do it remotely. Only happened once though.

Spacious room. Very clean and comfortable. Good shower. Great breakfast. Staff very friendly. Felt very welcomed from walking check in to check out. The room was very nice and comfortable, you can adjust the heating yourself so that was a bonus. We had a front facing room and could watch the deer grazing on the hillside. Good size bed and plenty of plug sockets. The bathroom was OK with a decent shower. The breakfast was simple but very nicely presented and good products, very attentive staff. The bus into pamplona stops right outside the hotel, and it's €1.60 each way and takes about 10 minutes. Lidl is right across the road and there's a shopping centre about a 10-minute walk away. Parking at the hotel is limited and narrow spaces.

Only grumble is the bedding, the quilt isn't in a cover it is between 2 sheets.

The location and breakfast were excellent. Our room 406, overlooked the river and was quiet. The towels and bedding were luxurious definitely 4* quality. We will certainly stop again on our next journey through Spain.

We found the restaurant opening at 8.30pm was a little too late for us to eat, after travelling all day. Unfortunately for us our car was scratched all down one side, at some point that evening, but you find careless, thoughtless drivers everywhere 😒

This is a very clean, well run, and pet friendly hotel located near major roads for quick access to Paloma in the Pyrenees. Rooms are recently renovated or fairly new and well furnished. The restaurant in the hotel has very good food and a nice terrace overlooking the adjacent river. Walking distance to a few restaurants, grocery stores, and a mall for shopping. A great value for the money!

Sits on a fairly busy road next to a gas station.

The room was very modern with lovely garden views. The hotel has a busy restaurant with friendly staff who speak English. There is a sitting room available for hotel guests. The bus into Pamplona takes 20 minutes and it was a 10 minute walk to the bus stop. Parking is available at the front of the hotel. It is very close to the route to Santiago so walks along the river were nice. There is a Lidl supermarket across the road. Checkout at 12 noon is possible.

Well, this hotel probably had it all. It was extremely clean comfortable and friendly. Amazing place for food and drinks. The only moan that I would have would be the extra charge for the dog's at 10 euros EACH. if it had been just 10 euro for both the dog's might have been ok. But I thought that 10 euros each was a bit much. But all in all, an amazing well presented hotel. Would definitely return.

There was nothing to dislike,

The location is very good,close to highway,stores and a shopping mall.Breakfast is good and plenty.The hotel and restaurant is very dog friendly.Highway is just outside and if you are light sleeper,use ear plugs if the room is towards the parking and highway.Additional fee for dogs was 10€ per night which is reasonable.Extra thumbs up for the staff. I enjoyed our three night stay!

I have absolutely nothing to complain about

Great location for the drive through the France. Fuel and supermarkets close by. Stylish, modern, clean hotel with comfortable bedroom, wonderful river views and easy to walk my dog behind the hotel. Lovely staff at the bar/ reception. Bar and food prices were exceptionally good. Will definitely return.

The car park is a little tight but it wouldn’t stop me booking again.

The staff was very helpful. The front desk clerk spoke perfect English but was more than happy to let me practice my broken Spanish while checking in. The bedding was quite nice, however the mattress was too firm for my taste.

They provided us with the wifi code and password at checkin, but the room had no wifi signal.

There only a few parking spots in front of the hotel. I would not recommend leaving your car there as mine was damaged and whoever ran into didn't had the courtesy to leave a note. You could park across the street at the Lidll Supermarket or ar the C.Ugarraladea which is just a two minute walk from the hotel.
