Located right in the centre, with rated bars literally on the door step. Hotel was clean and tidy . Staff were nice, though 1 female on reception was somewhat miserable. Good breakfast, though the selection was not extensive, the quality was good and not over priced

There are steps upto the hotel, more down then up to access the lift then more again to other rooms. Not very suitable for those with mobility issues. The car park is a public one , nearby but with narrow access. Our mid size suv took some care to negotiate the ramps and bay. I accidentally booked a room with no window. This in the end was not an issue. The room had an a widow opening onto the internal ventilation shaft, common in older Spanish buildings. For a couple of nights we found this was no problem.

The location was exceptional, twenty steps away from Plaza del Castillo and everything you need. Breakfast was available but I chose not to have it. The room was perfect for what I needed, clean and spacious considering it was a single room. I loved staying here and would rebook in a heartbeat! The staff were outstanding. I had an issue with my passport and they went above and beyond to help me resolve the problem, taking hours of their time voluntarily. I really appreciated their help.

Great location at the Plaza del Castillo and C. de Estafeta with lots of good restaurants. Walking distance to everything in the old section. Room was compact but acceptable, with a good roomy shower. Breakfast selections were good.

The room I was originally given had a noticeable smoking smell. When I brought it to their attention, they quickly gave me another room, so it was not a problem. However, I was surprised that housekeeping had not noticed it.

The location could not be any better, less than one minute walk to Plaza del Castillo. Clean, modern, great facilities and atmosphere. The room was on the small side but very comfortable. I was a solo traveller so it was great for me.

The room had only a small window at the top of the wall overlooking the interior of the building. This made it a bit claustrophobic. It was not a problem for me, but it may be for other people.

The location is so wonderful. In the heart of the historic part of Pamplona. Access to shops, restaurants and historic sites.

The bed. The bed. And the bed. I’m walking the Camino and the hostels I have stayed in offer much better beds. I do not understand how a hotel this finely kept and staffed can overlook this issue. The racks in my military days were better and more comfortable. Also - the beds at this hotel are really bad. Really bad. They have bad beds here.

Great hotel for a stop-over on the Camino. Located just off the main square with plenty of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Room was spacious enough(even though i booked an xs one), was clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly. I didnt get breakfast there so can't comment on that. Overall great value for money and would definitely recommend if staying in Pamplona

Convenient local for participating the St Fermin Festival, especially running with the bull and bull fight. Hotel guests were free to watch the bull run in the balcony on C. de la Estafeta. Its one-star Michelin restaurant was good and staffs were very helpful and friendly despite the extremely busy season

Also the location as despite its sound proof window, it is too centrally located and the street around C de la Estafeta and Plaza del Castillo were like circus crowded with parties. Very noise overnight and not good for those who need to sleep

Excellent minibar!! Really stocked for weary travelers, and the prices were reasonable. Great shower & towels, huge spread at breakfast, friendly staff, & just a lovely hotel. We peregrinos very much appreciated being treated so well.

The only thing wrong was that the floor lamp was broken so it kept falling over against the big chair. It was just a one-off so can’t really complain.

I loved how clean and comfortable the room was. It was small but for just one person it was more than enough.. They provide you with a spring water bottle and a small boiler with Nescafé instant coffee and teas which is very convenient for a quick fix first thing in the morning Staff at the front desk was really nice, giving excellent customer service.

It's located in what was a former residential building and to get to the lobby you have to climb some stairs, however the lady at the front desk informed me of.an alternate way to access without having to use them.

The Hotel was just off the Plaza del Castillo and perfectly placed to explore the historic centre. The Hotel and room were spotless. The parking was not cheap but well organized and central, hence the price. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The receptionist on Sunday morning, Susannah (Suzanna) was particularly helpful with visiting advice.

I was only there one night and didn't dislike anything.
