The hotel was in a great spot so that you could walk to many attractions and bars and restaurants. The lovely garden courtyard was a pretty place to sit for breakfast. The rooftop bar and pool were also lovely with views over the surrounding churches/cathedral. We came across Hector several times who was a wonderfully helpful and attentive member of staff. The perfect place for a treat if you are visiting for a couple of nights and/or attending an event.

Being located in the old town with no car park meant driving round and parking in a public car park. It was only a 5 minute walk away but if you had mobility issues this could potentially be an issue. However, if you are with someone to drop you off out front then all would be fine. Also, they do have a negotiated rate with the suggested car park

In a way it is unassuming from the outside although it is beside the Cathedral and attached to the Tio Pepe winery. The staff was very attentive and helped us a great deal with local area attractions; we would have missed the horse show if not for them. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the rooftop bar was stunning; we saw the best sunset of our entire trip from there as the Cathedral and Alcazar were being lit up. It is very conveniently located we could walk to everything we wanted to see. Parking is only a 3-minute walk away also.

Check-in parking places, and in sufficient quantity. Parking garage nearby, and hotel achieved discount, with that it is very cheap (one day was EUR 8 – instead of ~20-25 in the other cities in Andalusia). It was very empty at Thursday 3 p.m., but almost full at noon on Friday. Kind and helpful staff. 2 pillows. Full length mirror. The pool area is not crowded. We were satisfied with the bodega tour (good to know that there is 15% discount if the hotel books it for you – I suppose it is valid for the guests of the hotel). It is very cozy and calm to eat the breakfast in the garden.

You need to book to the restaurant a day before. No tea making facility in the room (only Nescafé). No towel for that when you come out from the shower. The cupboard in the room is in the worst place (should be in the corner, a few meters away). Wifi practically does not work. No foot washer pool beside the pool. Could be noisy because it is in the very centre of the town - we are late night sleepers, so it was not a problem for us, just good to know. Breakfast is no self-service, so quick breakfast is not possible – for us it was no problem, just good to know.

Breakfast was excellent. Good choice with waiter service. Nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had snacks on the roof top, even when the bar was closed but it was all provided with a smile.

Bar times on the roof top could have been displayed on the bar door. Would be nice if it was open a little earlier in the evening but this was not too much of a problem as you could always order snacks and drinks from reception (which were delivered to you on the roof top).

Absolutely stunning hotel in a wonderful location. Had a very warm welcome by a friendly and helpful gentleman at reception who offered a refreshing welcome drink. The rooms and beds were comfortable and the main hotel tastefuly decorated throughout. Breakfast was served in a sophisticated style with a good variety of options which were brought to the table. In summary it was a charming experience.

If I were try and find constructive criticism it would be that the rooms could have a touch more surface space and the TV is a tad tricky (probably more user error)

The location is great and the courtyard simply wonderful

We booked a twin room last minute, but when we arrived we were given a double and told that the housekeeping staff had left, so they couldn't give us a twin. We asked for an upgrade in order to have a larger bed, but the receptionist told us she wasn't authorised to give that to us and it had to be a manager. But of course there was no manager on site and she wasn't going to call one. So we stayed in a double on the ground floor which was actually very beautiful...but ended up being extremely noisy in the morning as the street facing the cathedral is heavily trafficked.

This is a top-class hotel with staff who can't do enough to help you enjoy your experience in jerez. 100 per cent recommend! The reception even booked a table for us at a local restaurant on the evening of our arrival. We also got a fantastic room with outdoor space we weren't expecting 😀 Breakfast is great too - the orange juice is freshly squeezed and the coffee is lovely! We would love to return.

Bed was extremely comfortable, room was very good sized and it provided excellent shelter from heat. Pool on the rooftop was amazing, in the evening the view was breathtaking.

Bar on the rooftop was never opened also the restaurant next door, not sure if they close for half a week or not open at all. The breakfast bread selection was not amazing either, bread was very toasted and there was no option to chose fresh bread rolls instead?

Part of the actual historic Gonzales Byass Winery building and looking directly onto the Jerez Cathedral which is stunning. The rooftop pool is small but exclusive and has the most amazing view over the cathedral and alcazar, and offers an afternoon bar service. A perfect place to cool off after a hot day sightseeing and enjoy a relaxing cocktail while watching the sunset. We booked a premium room and were very happy with the standard and décor and the bathroom. We would highly recommended enjoying an evening meal in the hotel’s Pedro Nolasco Restaurant. This is situated in an open outdoor courtyard with direct cathedral views and surrounded by trees and landscaping, old stone walls and beautiful lighting. A magical and romantic setting. Not only was the food sophisticated and modern in its take on Spanish cuisine, but the service was attentive and discrete with wine recommendations as well as assistance on the menu and food selection. The same excellent restaurant service was present for the breakfast service demonstrating excellent management of this outstanding restaurant. The breakfast options were a la carte and simple but delicious, and in keeping with the boutique hotel status. Delicious coffee put a smile on our faces as did the freshly squeezed orange juice.

Nothing!

Great location, loved the view of the Cathedral and Alcazar from the roof. The pool area was nice and the roof top bar had great selection. Facilities are very clean and well decorated. The room was spacious. It was lovely to have breakfast in their beautiful garden. They have a deal with a local parking lot for a discounted parking, which was useful.

Everything was great in general. The AC in the room was a bit weak though.
