I loved the design, interior, the smell. The staff was very friendly. I also loved the beauty products with great smells.Nice atmosphere at the hotel. I liked the lights in the room, the bathroom was amazing. Comfortable bed and very nice roof top terrace. Would have been awesome if there was a bar/lunch place/coffee up there.

The only thing that did not meet my expectations was the breakfast. For being such a nice hotel, I have to say it was poor. Too much ready made products, too much sugary things and what I missed was natural youghurt, fresh orange juice, tomatoes, cucumber and other vegetables, more selection of cheese (preferably tasty local ones), fresh fruits like mango, papaya and what grows on the island, fresh baked bread from a bakery, eggs. I'd say take away some of the sugary selection and go for quality over quantity. A savoury breakfast and not sweet. A room for excercise, maybe a yoga space on the roof top!

We had a fantastic time in Cordial Malteses. The room was absolutely spectacular and pristine. The common areas were so beautiful and you can tell that the building was renovated with a lot of care and great taste. We came to celebrate our anniversary and the hotel provided us with a nice surprise we didn’t even expect! Breakfast was a la carte, we had chosen our options the night before and it was ready by the time we came down in the morning. There’s also a cozy terrace in the rooftop. Cocktails were delicious and prices were quite fair comparing to other touristic places in Las Palmas. The staff was incredibly helpful and sweet. We will definitely book it again in our future visits to Las Palmas!

The interior of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. Prior to arrival I contacted the hotel to specify a room layout and they sent me a link to a virtual tour to help me pick my room! Amazing! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. On arrival we were given a map of the area that highlighted the nearby monuments which we explored later that day. There is a taxi rank nearby the hotel so easy to get around, it is also located very closely to the bus station. Got around very easily and took a trip to the south with ease. Really enjoyed my stay and wish it was longer! Hopefully will be back again!

First of all, I would like to say what a wonderful and helpful receptionist Claudia is. Florian was also a very genial member of the reception staff. The room's cleanliness was excellent and the housekeeping staff worked hard to maintain that standard.

It would have been nice to have a light where the coffee machine and kettle were placed in the room as it was rather dark in that area. The breakfast room, whilst well appointed, was not big enough to cope with the amount of guests staying at the hotel. The coffee machine in the breakfast room was not up to the job of making coffee for the amount of guests and also kept breaking down, requiring staff to replace it with an even smaller machine. Making use of the top floor terrace area as a breakfast venue would be worth exploring by the hotel.

The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout. Rooms have very high ceilings making them feel really spacious, was spotlessly clean and full of all essential amenities and very modern lighting and AC which made it very comfortable to spend time in the room. The location is PERFECT. It's off the main street so it's very quiet but it's in the heart of the old town with the best selection of restaurants, architecture and shopping that the city has to offer. The northern part of the city is a bit more touristy due to the port for cruise ships but the location around this hotel feels very authentic and you see lots of locals out and about enjoying this area. Close to bus routes to other parts of the island. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We arrived early but they offered us coffee while we waited a short while for the room to be ready, provided us with maps, restaurant reccomendations, help with bus routes and also booked our taxi back to the airport, printing our boarding passes and even adding a complementary chocolate when they delivered them to our room. Lots of small touches went a long way to making this a wonderful experience. We only had breakfast on the last day but was a very good selection of pastries and meats and continental options. The rooftop is awesome, nice place to chill and read during the day. Great bar with good selection of cocktails on the evening. It doesn't stay open too late so you wont be kept awake with noise. We stayed in early June for a week, perfect weather and wasn't particularly busy in Las Palmas at this time of year as most people stay in the south part of the island. So this is perfect if you want to avoid the typical tourist traps and experience the real Gran Canaria! Can't reccomend this place enough!

The deluxe room was beautifully designed, however the lighting especially around the wardrobe area could be improved. The shower itself was fine, but there was nowhere to hang wet towels or bathrobes. Extra hooks outside the shower cubicle required.

Location in Triana was great, the hotel is located in a quiet street, it is walking distance to all the sights, lots of options for eating etc nearby. Close to both San Telmo and Teatro bus stops, Teatro is only 4 blocks away. Beautiful boutiqe hotel, the terrasse seemed really nice, although we only had a look at it during daytime. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a superior double room, which was very spacious and had great decor. Good selection of products from Ritual at the bathroom, which also was very clean and modern. Staff was very friendly and we would for sure consider staying here on another occasion.

The bed was too hard for our liking, making our lower backs hurt just a little bit. Getting up & out walking fixed that easily. It seems like the beds in Spain in general are more firm than we are used to in Scandinavia. Not sure if this applies to all of the superior rooms, but ours in the third floor had windows facing the indoor space, above where they served breakfast/common area. This room continued all the way up to the ceiling. Therefore no possibility to get fresh air from outside. And also the sound carries a lot upwards, such as people talking, tableware being uset etc. We noticed this in the evening, cause we were exhausting from travelling that day and wanted to sleep early. But this was not å big issue at all.

The whole hotel and the room was beautiful and nicely decorated. The rooftop is a lovely addition. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Without even asking they even had lovely gestures for my partner’s birthday which was really thoughtful.

We didn’t have the breakfast, it seemed expensive for €12 and there were lots of places around to eat. The walls are quite thin, we could hear people in the neighbouring room, I guess that’s why they also put a sound limit on the TV but it’s so low you can hardly hear anything. Minor but mildly annoying that the only hooks for towels are inside the shower itself?

Very nice and helpful stuff. There is nice rooftop terrace and hotel is in a good location - close to old town and shopping street area. There are many nice restaurants around but exact street is very quiet.

We had a budged room, it was nice design but located on a first floor near breakfast zone so you can hear stuff all the time. Also there were no any windows, so it is a bit weird feeling. So if you take a room there, be sure it's not a budget type, but anyway overall good experience.
