Great location. Comfortable room and amenities. Very close to Atocha strain station and many cafe s and restaurants. Staff are very professional and helpful. Great value for money. This was our second time staying at this property. No hesitation recommending this hotel.

This hotel has large tour groups to getting an elevator in the morning would be challenging.

The hotel was in an excellent location (a quick walk from Atocha station). We had a quiet room on the 4th floor at the back of the hotel which was clean and comfortable. The breakfast room is large and there is quite a good selection of food though there were a few things missing.

We had twin beds and found the mattresses to be a little on the soft side but for three nights it was ok. The walls are thin and we could hear the people in the next room talking and coughing so I would recommend taking ear plugs just in case! The breakfast was good on the whole but we thought the juices were bad and we would have liked some freshly squeezed orange juice. A larger selection of fruit, yogurts, dried fruits and nuts would have improved the breakfast offering. Also some camut or spelt bread would have been appreciated.

Amazing bed and pillows. Helpful staff. Perefct location; walkng distance to Botanical Gardins, Art Museums, train station, etc. Loved the little hotel Pub for dinner. Good food, good price. Also, there are many good restaurants along/acroass from the Botanical Garden boundries. The room was large, quiet and clean. Would highly reccomend.

There is a ton of construction work currently all upand down the street. Hatd to manuever arou d, even on food. Not the Hotel's fault, but made it hard to find.

We spent 3 nights in this hotel. Location was amazing, you could easily walk to all the sights in Madrid (which we did) and Atocha train station is just a 10 minute walk away. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast buffet was great. Always lots of choice and constantly being refilled. The room was really big, lots of space, the bathroom was big with a bath tub. The hotel was on a busy road but the roon was really quiet. The only thing I can say was a negative was there was no tea/coffee station in the room.

The good stuff: modern, clean, onsite restaurants, good buffet breakfast, a/c room with a view (all the usual facilities eg minibar), walking distance from Atocha station (from which you can bus or metro to international airport), lift, friendly staff, 12 o'clock checkout (you may be able to negotiate a later time). Nearby restaurants, small convenience and large supermarket close by.

Some small gripes: no drinking water in room, no electric jug with coffee tea provisions. Not the hotels fault but watch out in Atocha. Had a phone stolen in the huge crowds at arrival. Didn't notice the theft from backpack for hours. Good service from local police on reporting theft.

Stayed here for 1 night inbetween flying into Madrid and catching the train to Jerez. Comfortable hotel a 10 minute walk from the train station. We requested a double bed, and on arrival were offered a double, but this was on a floor that the lift didn't go to, and for one night we weren't too bothered, but it was nice to have the choice. Breakfast was really good value for money, with lots of variety and good quality fruits, meats, cheeses, pastries and hot items. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

Staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. The location of the hotel meant we could walk everywhere to see the sights of Madrid. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. (bread was especially good). Public room was on the ground floor nice and quiet. The cafeteria was great for snacks or a main meal.

Room was quite small and a little dingy. Not really somewhere you would want to spend any more than 2/3 nights. The hotel in general could do with a spruce up especially the corridors leading to the bedrooms

Good location, several Madrid highlights within walking distance. Within a few hundred metres of the main park in Madrid. Two Metro stations 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Bus stop just outside the hotel. Good breakfast with plenty of hot and cold food to choose from. Room serviced everyday. Managed to find the hotel without too much trouble after transferring form the airport to Madrid by Metro, using an old school street map.

Nothing really. The hotel is located on a busy road, so some traffic noise, but this likely to be the case in most Madrid Hotels. Could hardly hear the traffic noise with the window closed. Hotel Wi-Fi Pin code changed frequently, which was a slight inconvenience, but when connected Wi-Fi worked ok.

The hotel's big attraction is that it is located close-ish to Atocha, and a short walk or bus ride to the Prado and the Retiro. It also has a convenient restaurant and a helpful reception. The rooms are comfortable and they are well insulated from street noise.

While you don't hear a lot of street noise, the soundproofing between other rooms is pretty unfortunate. Expect to hear your neighbours' conversations, tvs, and footsteps.

Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke completely fluent english. Room was comfortable and clean. Shower had very hot water and good pressure. The location was convenient for the train station and accessing the city centre by metro, while also allowing a more "local" experience in the nearby non-touristy neighbourhood.

The room wasn't soundproof and there was some noise from the hallway / neighbouring rooms, but this was minimal and other guests were polite.
