Clean and comfy. Happy with room, nice hot shower and spacious room

Must have internet access to enter apartment. I explained I may not have via email two days before. However still needed it. I had to spend €20 to recharge phone even though leaving country next morning early so wasted that amount

As i said earlier the place is lovely, but think about having someone to on site for check-in assistance they do not have to be full time ... I stayed at a place in Spain where there was no front desk but someone always comes to check you in then leaves which means they ask you for arrival time a week prior to. Not having any front desk personnel on site is not great in case of an issue or check-in procedures error. The guests would be stuck.

Cleaning was perfect, very well organized room, great value for price. Even other guests were very kind and helped me with my luggage, very important since there's no elevator. Special mention to the Peruvian lady Nelly and the maintenance young man, they were very helpful when I had to get down with my baggage before check out, their solidarity and kindness it's really appreciated. That is why human beings contact matters, there are things that will never be replaced by technology.

no microwave No elevator

Very simple check in with all doors opened through the email on my phone. Very straightforward. The room was simple but comfortable. The shared shower and toilet facilities were spotless with high pressure showers and loads of hot water. And as there was plenty of them there was no waiting on them. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel which definitely represented exceptional value. Public transport and cafes and restaurants within walking distant. Would book again for sure.

There was a hot and cold water dispenser in the hallway, as well as a fridge and microwave to use. Checking in and out worked perfectly, everything was clean. Radiator and fan inside the room. Two towels provided, nice duvet to sleep.

Super cold inside the bathrooms, which made it nearly impossible to shower, no cups to use for the hot water

Very good location a short walk from Canillas metro, easy access to the centre Close to shopping centre with lots of food choices and a supermarket Comfortable bed Good value for money Did not meet the host but they were friendly through text Fridge and microwave you can use Did have a communal toilet and shower but I rarely had to wait to use them

Unfortunately had some noisy neighbours performing some "late night activities" .. I understand this is not the fault of the host though Also quite close to a school and there was lots of noise from this late at night sometimes - but fine if you have some earplugs or go to sleep late Only 1 towel to last for a 4 day stay unless you pay extra The access to the bulding is through your phone only which was a struggle sometimes had to find somewhere to charge my phone to make sure I could access the apartment

We only stayed for one night because we arrived in Madrid super late and needed a place with no check-in time restrictions. This place was perfect for that—no staff was involved in the check-in and everything was done with our cellphone, so we could go straight to sleep after our flight. The place was clean and comfortable, and I think the pillows were new.

The ventilator wasn’t working, and it was a bit warm.

The bed and bedding was very comfortable. With cold Air condition there was perfect warmth. Comfortable sleep. No noise. Nice bathrooms. Good people around. Also liked the latest technology. Opening door by clicking the link. The instructions was hassle free well provided step by step

Everything was fine but just lil bit of dust was a problem especially in warm weather. With the Air condition the room was amazing. Like good flow of air.

I thought overall the value of money matched what you got... Perfect for a few nights to put your head down..and would definitely stay again.

These are more preferences... A little shelf in the shower to hold peoples toiletries. And a less watt bulb or lamp shades over the lights hanging the bed. It was just a little too bright for me..

It's a good solution for a night layover as It's close to the airport, clean, very affordable, and easy to access. The bathroom was very clean and the shower had very good pressure

The mattress and pillows were very hard. I would only use this hotel for a layover or a one night visit in the area. For that purpose it's a solid option, otherwise it's not a good option.
