The location is very central. We walked to all the attractions. But there are metro stations and bus stations around. We stayed on the first floor, windows facing the busy street, during the weekend, but it wasn’t nosy, the building is well isolated. Beds were comfortable, we slept excelent. It was really clean when we arrived and they cleaned the room daily. They gave us the room a few hours before check in, and kept our luggage after checking out. The staff was very nice, helpful and polite. The room has thermostat so you can set the temperature yourself.

Near to every option / walking distance from any sightseeing or metro or bus or taxi. Everyday room cleaning which makes you feel nice, relaxed and pampered. The room was seperated in two spaces and this was a really nice surprise. Breakfast with many options. Really supportive and friendly peraonel

The hotel was under rennovation of each face and when I arrived, I was shocked, since nobody has informed us...... Since we were all the time out plus the hotel is located in a small road with no view, finally this was not a major issue but still we did not have the option to seat on our apartments' balcony neither to have our curtains open.

As everyone has mentioned the front desk, staff are amazing. It’s a great location central to everything.

I was ripped off fraudulently by the bar next-door of several hundred dollars and I’m told that the owner of this hotel also owns that bar

So many things! The apartment was an easy walk from the train station and very central to many tourist attractions, shops, restaurants and bars. The moment I stepped into our room I knew I had made a good choice. The air conditioning was so lovely and cool, the room was light and fresh and a good size. The kitchenette had everything we needed and a cook top we didn’t use unfortunately. The fit out was modern, fresh, clean and light. The breakfasts consisted of a great selection and eggs cooked as preferred each morning. The mini croissants were so good. The fresh pineapple and all the healthy condiments to add to the yoghurt jars were just what we needed. We didn’t need to eat lunch until after 3pm most days! All the staff were amazing and did their best to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We were given a map and directions to wherever we wanted to go. We were so pleased that we were able to utilise the laundry facilities on the 4th floor of Blume for a set fee. I could relax in the comfort of my room for the cycles to finish. We definitely Blume Suites.

Initially we thought the two single beds were a bit close to each other so we just configured the position of the beds to our liking and we were very comfortable SO there wasn’t anything we disliked about the apartment.

Very nice facility in the heart of Madrid, couple of minutes from Sol and in the middle of very vibrant area with restaurants, bars. Apartment was very clean, with nice bathroom, small kitchen and spacious room. A/C worked perfectly, with easy setup and no sound. We were impressed with the sound insulation - apartment had street view and as we got in I assumed it will be loud. However, double balcony doors were so good that we did not hear anything. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We did not have any major issues but they helped us answer all the questions we had. On the way back, we hired the transportation through property and driver was very nice.

Property was really good, and stay pleasant and I don't have major complaints. The only improvement that would make this even better is if rooms had larger bed (instead of 2 beds being put together, that created hole in the middle). But mattresses were comfortable so even this was not major issue.

Great central location within easy walking distance of many tourist sites. I received clear instructions on how to gain entrance after the reception hours. Everyone who worked at reception was friendly and helpful. The facilities were very clean, sufficient towels, comfortable beds, pillows and bedding. We appreciated having pods for the coffeemaker as well as the availability of hot chocolate, tea, sugar, and even olive oil. Air conditioning and Wifi worked well and thanks to the double windows it was extremely quiet in spite of being on a very busy street for night life.

Super helpful and polite staff! Great location in the centre, a noisy area, but great soundproof rooms (double balcony doors) Big room with sleeping area, kitchen and living room area, comfortable bed. Kitchen equipped with all you need. Three balcony doors, so there was more than enough daylight in the room. Everything was like in the photos on the site and clean. I would definitely stay there again!

The white light on the balcony between the two doors is on until 1 am; you cannot turn it off, it's automatically made to light the whole building from the outside. I understand that, but you have to keep the curtain fully closed which prevents you from keeping the balcony door open. Breakfast could be upgraded a bit :)

The reception staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. I'd like to mention Carolina particularly here, since she went out of our way for us. We were extremely struck by the high standard of the cleaning and bedmaking. The cleaning staff were so friendly, polite and efficient. The decor was exceptional, too - witty, clever and beautifully executed. It was miles better than any other hotel we have ever stayed in.

Very caring, kind and knowledgeable about the area. Bed was really comfy, best I have slept in in a while. It's self check in after 6 pm so the process was very smooth. The place is amazing, it's like a little apartment and you have many amenities that make the experience even better. The location is unbeatable, we are in the middle of everything, we were walking distance from many attractions, we never used taxi or something similar. You have many options around for eat, drink, shows, everything literally. The staff very friendly and they have a special price for the flamenco show in front of the place. I HIGHLY recommend it, we were very happy with our experience.
