We liked the fact that is very easy to get to by subway (you have 2 subway stations near by Manuel Becera and Ventas). We also used the subway to get around the city. Due to the fact that the location of the apartment is good in the evening we also walked back home. It also has a good supermarket near by where you can find everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped, water temperature and pressure exceptional and the overall layout of the apartment was to our liking.

The cleanliness of the apartment could be better. Our stay was fine, but there were some areas of the room that were not cleaned properly so this could be improved in the future. Also in the bathroom the hanging hooks for the towels could be better placed and better (as design) for hangings stuff.

Close to metro. Relatively clean ( I found some hair on the toilet when I checked in and the shower was clogged). Modern design. Friendly staff.

Uncomfortable bed (very flimsy). Not a very equipped kitchen. I would prefer an espresso machine instead of the French coffee machine. Bad isolation :(. It’s in Salamanca but not in Salamanca at the same time… it’s not at the nice part of Salamanca is more outside more remote. Around 20 minutes to get there. Value for money was not good.

The apartment is located in a building which was entirely converted to rental apartments, so the feeling is really more like an apartment-hotel. The entrance is a small lobby manned until 7pm (but staff IS available 24/7 via phone or email). Access is code-protected (building entrance AND apartment) with a 6-digit code that changes from client to client so it felt quite secure. Our apartment was on the -1 level so no street window or balcony, but a large private patio more than compensated for this and was a very nice bonus. The apartment itself is very modern-looking, beautifully designed, and looks and feels new. The bathroom is small but comfortable, great shower, excellent water pressure. Superbly clean, pleasant, with a friendly and helpful staff (a minor plumbing issue was fixed in less than 5 minutes, extra towels and extra bath gel/shampoo arrived at our request within a few minutes). Storage space is good. I was pleasantly surprised to find a safe-deposit box which was large enough to accommodate my laptop and other small valuables. Another nice touch is the large lockers available in the lobby at no extra cost, for those who, like us, have a late-evening return flight and need somewhere to leave their luggage after check-out in order to keep enjoying the city. Very helpful!

The only possible downside I can think of is that the apartment is a little small - if you require a lot of space or a very large bed you may feel a little squeezed-in. It was perfectly suitable for our needs and we enjoyed it very much.

The location is great, very close to the metro, and there is a supermarket nearby. The air conditioning is sufficiently cold in the summer.

The service is friendly, but the front desk is not staffed 24 hours a day. If you choose this hotel, make sure they send you a message with your room number and the access code after you pay. When I checked in, an elderly couple almost couldn't get into their room because they didn't have this information. Additionally, the hotel policy is that they do not clean the rooms; you need to maintain the cleanliness yourself. The location of the trash room is hard to find, so I suggest asking the front desk to show you where it is.

I loved the setting of the room and it really did feel at home there. The place was clean, very fournished to be able to cook independently and comfortably, the lighting was just perfect and we had 2 televisions. Although the room was an open space, the 'room' space was well separated from the 'living room'. The bed was really comfortable and the sofa too. There was the possibility to have an iron and ironing board. Check in was very smooth: Because of my very early landing time in Madrid, the hotel gave me all the information I needed to self check in and met my request to comfortably settle the payment of the room later on in the day. The personelle was incredibly kind and attentive, and flexible to meet our needs throughout the stay. it was lovely to wake up to a very smiley, welcoming and supporting receptionist! We were given a very friendly and complete brochure with suggestions of what to do and where to eat. The neighbourhood is extremely calm and peaceful, and in the surroundings you can find anything you need. Just a few minutes walk away there is one of the most beautiful parks of Madrid called Retiro. Super recommended!

AUTOMATIC LIGHTS: The automatic lights that are sensible to movement and cannot be switched on were a bit uncomfortable because they would turn on at every movement while sleeping. Because they are small floor lights they didn't prevent us from sleeping but would still be slightly annoying, TOILET: Because of the setting of the room, the toilet doesn't have a window, but was compensated by a very well functioning ventiation system

Location was in the heart of the Salamanca district...minutes away from Las Ventas and the Plaza de Manuel Becerra. The room was clean, spacious and had everything I needed for a longer stay. Loved the fact that it was very quiet and I heard absolutely no street noise while I was there. Service at reception was A+.

Really had no issues that were in the property's control. The price for the stay was a bit on the pricey side but Madrid in June is not going to be cheap. Decent value still compared to some of the hotels close by.

The building and apartments are brand new, though located in a traditional street/area of Madrid, very convenient location for everything. The studio is very well furnished and has everthing one needs, although it is rather compact, less suitable if you are spending several hours inside maybe because of work, simply because this studio is a bit small. Wifi is very good! The staff at receptions are really helpful and friendly.

Although I knew this studio is on the ground floor and therefore I was expecting some potential noise from street level, the noise is actually inside, because it is located right in front of the reception desk so you hear all the people checking in and out, the cleaner chatting etc... Again, it depends on the reason for your visit. At night it is very quiet.

Property is set on a quiet road and super close to 2 metro stations. So close to the city centre. We decided to walk to the city centre the first day andit was great! But because there is so much sight seeing to do a lot of walking around, we decided to take the metro the days after. We were welcomed in the room with a bottle of red wine and a large box of chocolates, as it was my boyfriend’s birthday. That was so lovely-thank you! The suite was very nice and cleverly designed to accommodate a small living room area which is designed stylishly. We were surprised to see that there were 2 smart TVs. Great if someone spends more time indoors or have a kid so they can watch different things. Bathroom was nice and modern and had a great shower cabin! Kitchen was very well equipped with coffee maker and general stuff even though we ate out for all our meals. The staff at the reception were absolutely delightful!!! Really friendly and helpful!

The bed was very comfortable with comfortable pillows but felt that it wasn’t very solid and moved slightly.

I’m an American living outside of Madrid and came into the city for a concert this weekend. Feelathome had me considering moving here permanently, regardless of price. Staff contacted me and communicated important check in info the day before and morning of, sending me a unique code for doors and other info I might need. I paid beforehand and otherwise moved freely to and from the hotel, leaving early morning and late night without an issue. Even with an interior window, my room got a lot of sunlight and was very quiet and private. The kitchen and bathroom had everything I needed, and I was impressed with two smart tv’s, 6 pillows, central air, and other amenities. I’ve already recommended Feelathome to friends, and if I can, I will stay here again! 3 minute walk to the Ventas metro and Plaza de Torros, 6 minute walk to the Circular 6 metro, 12 minute walk to Wizink center, and a 2-3 minute walk to Mercadona, local cafes, fast food, and other restaurants.. Thank you!!

Onlyu issue was the hallway smelling like smoke, although there was no issue inside the suite or lobby, and I was woken up at 7-8am with really loud banging noises upstairs. Possibly cleaning, maybe other residents. Instructions were very clear except for checkout, which I understood was just pack up and leave the room, but it felt odd to not have any instruction about this.
