Very modern, minimalistic hotel. Smart, slick, comfortable. Superb bathroom. Very nice bar and restaurant. Safe secure parking under the hotel.

Location was in a much busier area then we had realised, not central Madrid, but definitely in the vicinity. It would be ideal for a city break, but we were passing though on-route south, so it was a lot of traffic both ways. The car park is built beneath the hotel and access to the lower floors is quite tight for a large SUV, a few 5 point turns to get round.

Room was large - lovely shower/bathroom Tea making facilities Bed very comfortable Location outside centre of town but we wanted near to Wizink stadium so suited us Taxi,s available Staff were excellent - so helpful and knowledgeable - Pablo on reception was brilliant always helpful and remembered things you said re where you going ect but all the staff generally lovely

This hotel had a very friendly staff and a great location. They were willing to provide us with two extra pillows. The bed and the towels were great!

The space in the room was limited. We could easily bump our head with the TV just going around the bed. Had no space to make coffee and use the desk at the same time.

Room was good, the service was excellent. The smell of the hotel was really nice! Breakfast was okay, I didn't really find a lot of things that I wanted to eat but it wasn't because of the hotel.

The room faced the inside structure so not a lot of natural light but that was not a big issue, as I was only there for 1 night.

Otherwise I like the staff, food for breakfast buffet ,service is excellent. Very good communication of the receptionist ang the one serving in the restaurant. The hotel is clean and beautiful

The shower room doesnt have full screen to prevent the water to spilled on the floor when having bath. The bed was too light or because of the wheel moving by itself when someone is lying down. Otherwise I like the staff, service is excellent.

Great location and Héctor was super friendly during check in and at all times. Great service! The hotel itself is really nice too and the rooms are spacious and well decorated and equipped.

There was a lot of noise in the morning from the cleaning crew and unfortunately I wasn't able to get a double bed as requested. But overall everything was great!

I did not like the bathroom. The shower was small and I had to be very careful not to wet the floor. There was no door or curtain to prevent water from coming in to the floor.

The hotel was clean, in a great neighbourhood, staff was so friendly and kind. It was in a good location to easily get around Madrid.

Some of the light fixtures were of cheap material so easily could come off the wall.

The location is perfect, near Lista metro station. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs close by. Walking distance of stores a shops and attractions The staff is very nice and helpful Breakfast was really good. We’ll choose this hotel again

Very good breakfast. Very good choice. All items were fresh and very tasty. Different types of fresh juices. The bathroom was clean.

The vent of the aircon was blowing directly in our head so you can't keep it on during your sleep. The blades should be modified to become adjustable. The bed was not fixed to the floor so it moved over the night.
