they upgraded our room, room size and facilities were very good and room is well decorated

room had road noise all night, the tub area is bit tiny to shower in and location is bit far from the stores and restaurants in salamanca

The hotel is outstanding in all areas of service. Receptionists are very kind and all personnel is knowledgeable and attentive to all visitors to this hotel. The service in the restaurant and bar area is beyond outstanding. This level of knowledge and service in hospitality is practically lost everywhere in the world. Not here at this hotel! Congratulations for maintaining your high standards. It is necessary for our future and the next generations to come. The rooms are immaculate. The towels are of excellent thick high quality cotton. The bed is truly comfortable and maintain to the highest standards. The shower is very nice. All working in perfect conditions. We had dinner and the knowledgeable chefs and their recipe preparations shined in every bite and we highly perceived it by the extraordinary delicious food that gets to your heart. Excellent!

All was perfect!

The style of the hotel is super cosy, I liked the fireplace at the reception and coffee spot before the restaurant, very chic. Room decoration was perfect and relaxing, they offered a box of sweets on the bed which was cute. Bathroom design looks great and I enjoyed the shower products. Loved the size of the bed and comfy sheets.

View was not the best in my room, overlooking the street with other people from the building in front that could see you. They offer filtered water to guest which taste like bleach. I asked for bottled water and they brought a couple in my room which was nice. I ordered a desert I did not like as not as described on the menu so I sent back, they charged it to me. When I asked they removed it but I had to ask. I asked the hotel to make a reservation at Amazonico one night, they said they did and when I showed up the restaurant could not find my reservation from my name or from the hotel name. Not a lot of "ambiance" in this street. Hotel restaurant was empty although chef was good.

Location was great with nice restaurants nearby, and we enjoyed walking around the residential neighborhood. Beautiful, quiet hotel. Gorgeous, spacious rooms with lovely views of the city. Lovely turn down service each night. The staff were phenomenal and friendly and made our stay exceptional. They helped us with train tickets, taxis, reservations, etc. Thank you to Julian, Alberto, and all the staff at Heritage Hotel!

We were a little too far to easily walk to the main tourist sites, but we were close to the subway and taxis were easy to get as well.

We had a wonderful stay in these tastefully hotel. The complete staff was unusual friendly. From the first moment we feel very welcome. Thank you to the nice employees 🤩. The breakfast was a la carte and really delicious. We had bread with avocado and egg, fruits, a selection of sweet fresh baked croissants, bread with salmon…we enjoyed it very much!!! We will come back😍

This is an excellent hotel in a well located area of Madrid, the service is very good, staff is helpful and kind. The place itself is very nice, has an old glamour and the room I got was extremely nice, perfect size. Breakfast is excellent too, food quality and service to tables. The price is quite high but this is a hotel treat.

I cannot think anything that was bad during my stay or that it could mean room for improvement. I look forward to coming back again.

Beautiful hotel in Salamanca area. Really comfortable bed, which is always my 1st priority. I had a meal in the restaurant which was very nice too. A very comfortable stylish boutique hotel. This is my favourite area in Madrid to stay. I find the Centro area is very crowded and very obviously tourist with the Salamanca suburb being close, but far enough from the craziness and crowds

The location was very good, close to the subway and a 15-minute walk from El Retiro. There are many options for shopping and restaurants all around the hotel. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was delicious and was included as part of our hotel package. The room was large with large windows for city street view. The top floor terrace was a great place to have a drink and relax. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

There's nothing not to like at this hotel. It's pricey, and I typically travel more budget-friendly, but I decided to treat myself to a little luxury. It was so worth it!

My room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The room service and breakfast was excellent. The receptionists were professional and very helpful from before my arrival till the end of my stay, quickly responding to all my requests. Special thanks to the hotel manager and Josipa, the receptionist, for being so kind and helpful during my stay. I really appreciated them accommodating my special request before I left. Looking forward to staying here again soon!

My wife and I have stayed at the Relais&Chateaux several times, it is always a favorite in Madrid. Front desk personnel is excellent, Carolina was very helpful and very professional. Thank you Carolina for all your help and professional work
