the level of customer service was subpar for a four seasons hotel. no one escorted us to our room to show us around when we arrived. it just seemed like there was a staff shortage or something at certain points during our stay. communication was a little sloppy at times. I much prefer the four seasons Florence, who has the most impeccable service. also the room got very hot at night and there was no way to get it any cooler. abs our room was so far away from the elevator. it was like walking through a maze to get there

The lobby of the hotel is spacious, and the room was clean and new. The concierge staff were very helpful. The location of the hotel was good, walking distance to many places. And they offer a free transportation service within 2-3 Kilo Meters radius around the hotel.

This is an exceptional hotel. We loved the location, the room, the spa, the overall ambience and the service. The staff really made an effort to listen to our requests and make us feel comfortable and enjoy the stay. Special thanks to the guest experience team for making my child so happy with the little gifts they had arranged based on my request. We will surely return.

There was one dinner that was not very successful but the manager of the service made everything to compensate for that experience so we were fine in the end. In the spa, I would also welcome a sign at the spa pool to remind guests to shower before entering the pool. For hygienic reasons (and with increasing covid infection rates again), this would seem the normal thing to do. Surprisingly, all guests we saw jumped directly into the pool without showering. Hence, I would recommend the hotel to make efforts to remind people of this. I gave the feedback already to the spa staff aswell.

Unfortunately, the courtesy of the staff decreases sharply at the time of leaving the hotel. I had an unpleasant incident on the day I left, on the morning of January 3, 2022. I asked them to take my luggage from the room. After more than 10 minutes of waiting, I decided that apparently no one would show up and I took my suitcases to the reception. No one thought it necessary to even apologize to me and to regret that the bellboy had been obstructed, although there were none at that early hour. This made a very unpleasant impression on me and gave a negative note to my otherwise magnificent stay.

We loved everyhting ! The rooms are beautifully furnished, very clean. The service is excellent : from the concierge to the restaurant at breakfast. Breakfast at Dani was so good... the location of the hotel is perfect because every thing os at walking distance. The best hotel in Madrid. Do not hesitate for a second !

I like the spa and breakfast and Raul make my stay wonderful with arranging restaurants reservations for me

When i want to extend my stay one day, the girl called Krisitina in the reception she gave me higher price than booking and i agree but when i ask for late check out she said i have to pay extra 50%, however, I spoke to Raul and he gave me late check out for free!!!

This Hotel is one of the best Four Seasons I've been to in the world. Location is great. Walking distance to so many barrios. The staff is exceptional, so kind, available and filled with creative solutions when you need them !! Rooms are very pretty, we upgraded to a Junior Suite and it was wonderful. The SPA is beautiful & Dejana is the best (ask for her) Food is delicious (Dani's is yum) Thank you & we will be coming back soon

No breakfast restaurant you eat in the lounge or in the rooms (but it's delicious) 24/7 menu is not very interesting but it's a minor detail

Everything, the bed is so comfortable. The staff here are very friendly and welcome.

The size of the room is smaller than I expected.

A beautifully refurbished and renovated building in a perfect location.The rooms are very comfortable very nicely decorated and big enough for two people. Staff is super friendly and the service is immaculate. The courtesy car is also very helpful to help you get around. Top notch restaurant at the very top with beautiful views of the city - dont forget to book wells in advance!
