Very comfortable room, very clean. Good bathrooom and shower. Was very happy with my stay here. Fantastic location right in the centre of the city.

Bathroom door didn't stay shut. It said open wifi network inside the room but it was password protected - I checked in very late so there was no reception after I realised this - was able to get the password the next day no problem.

Location was great and has a cost interior design, safari style. Service in hotel was good.

The bed was not great. Did not sleep well. The generic toilet did not smell great. Try not to have a room on street side as this can become noisy

This hotel was an exceptional find. A true gem close to all major amenities. Super friendly staff. Super comfortable room. Way more frequent service than I ever thought from a supposedly two star hotel. The star rating definitely needs to be reviewed up. Highly recommend.

Room and bathroom are very spacious, nice decoration, good location right in the city center.

I was in a room on the ground floor, which is a wooden cube with thin walls in a former garage, there is zero soundproofing. I was asked for a card number as deposit in case there are any issues with the room when I leave, though this seems to be fairly standard practice in Madrid

This is a quirky, lush hotel with a beautiful and peaceful ambiance. There are lots of quiet corners to sit in and running water to create a quiet calm. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was delicious.

I liked the attitude and kindness of the staff. The location is excellent. The room matches the price. The staff made an effort to overcome troubles.

There was discomfort due to regional electricity drop, and as a result the air-condition couldn't work, on an extremely hot day. luckily there was a fan. The shower needs some repair.

Hotels design and atmosphere was very special in good way 👌 "Bungalow" room with own terrace was very nice surprise in middle of Madrid 😁 Room was stylish and clean and bed was perfect 👌 Staff was very professional and relaxed. Location was perfect ❤️🇪🇦

We really enjoyed our stay here and chose to stay an extra night in Madrid with the hotel being a strong factor. Excellent. Air conditioning was amazing during the summer stay! Staff very kind, welcoming and accommodating - nothing was an issue. Very close to local amenities, we can’t wait to stay again!

Excellent location just a short walk from Plaza de España, very close to the Noviziado.metro stop. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet although it is located in a lively neighbourhood. Breakfast was good value for money.
