Staff were super friendly and lovely, took our bags up to the room as soon as it was ready while we were out exploring. Always greeted us and with a smile, from the reception to house keepers. Clean and beautiful interior. Great location central to all the shops and restaurants.

We were charged for a phone call that didn't made. Even though the sum was very small, it left a bitter taste.

I and my partner came at the beginning of June. Although the location of the hotel is in the center of Madrid the room was very quiet with good conditioner. The temperature of the bath water was good and we could easily adjust it to cold and hot temperatures as we wished. Although the room wasn't big it felt just enough for a couple. We were pleased with the cleaning level. We also ordered a breakfast as part of our deal. The breakfast was relatively basic, but was very fresh and tasty and we enjoyed it a lot. Overall we had a wonderful experience in this hotel !!

everything was very good. if i need to find some negative points I would say that the hotel price was a bit expenasive.

I loved the hotel's location. Only a minute's walk from C.Gran Via, the main street and a 3-minute walk gets you to the Callao subway station. The hotel is on a quiet street, so there is no noise even though it is very close to the main road. I was visiting Madrid for the first time, and the staff was kind and helpful. Kettle, coffee and tea was also provided in the room. Muchas gracias 🙂

The only thing I was not happy with, was the shower head 😅 It was so high up and there was no possibility of putting it lower. For example if I would not want my hair to get wet, then I would just have to hold the shower head aha. Otherwise everything else was great.

The location is perfect! In the very heart of Madrid, but at the same time on a quiet street, near all types of public transportation stops, it is very easy to get. The room was small but enough for me; the window was into the inner yard, but there was no discomfort for me due to this. The room was clean (cleaned every day), the bathroom and bed were comfortable, and the internet worked well.

It was a little bit annoying each time when turning on the TV to select between channels or the option to connect your own device. But i need it just to know what is going on in the world, and only for a short time.

Everything about our stay in this hotel was very good and good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and everything made up daily. Location wad central and allowed us to walk everywhere. The only blips were that we often had problem with the 'key' card and the bath towels were quite thin and a little frayed at the edges. The beds were very comfortable, air conditioning very good and room very quiet. The breakfast we found a little expensive for what was offered but there are plenty of coffee shops nearby as an alternative. As a 3star hotel I would recommend it.

Great location for visitors of the city, well placed in what is almost the middle of everything, and with many public transport options just a minute away from the building. Great value for money and helpful and smiling staff.

Room size was at the minimum for comfort. There were no slippers and it was not possible to even pay to get some. In the mornings you could hear everybody going down the stairs for breakfast and in general anything more noisy, I was able to hear from my room.

Excellent location. Very effective staff. Everything well organized. Necessary facilities available and in working conditions. Good for value.

Window gazed at the wall of neighboring building. Room size was very small, but bearable due to effective planning (no inconsistencies detected). Bed length was OK for my 170 sm of height, but could be noncomfortable for a taller person. I got hives from the first day, but didn't detect fleas, probably some allergy.

The person who was at the reception was friendly, but a bit on the dry side. A smile and welcoming words would have been nice. Instead, the person who we did the check out with was very smiley, asking how good our stay and wishing us good continuing travels. That makes a difference. It shows they do care. Breakfast had a small selection and the cafeteria was rather small. That being said, it’s not a big deal as it was good and staff friendly. Something that was not related to the property itself, but to many streets around central Madrid, was the fact that there’s lots of rubbish laying around, sidewalks and streets full of “weird looking stains”, sometimes rather smelly. Lots of graffiti (which these days it’s unfortunately everywhere, and not artistic at all).
