The hotel is in an excellent location, 100m from the metro station and you can reach the center in about 10 minutes. The staff is fantastic and extremely friendly. Starting from the receptionists who are kind and very helpful, through the wonderful ladie who work in the breakfast room , to the ladies who maintain hygiene. Everything is sparkling clean, both the rooms and the common areas in the hotel. Also, if you have a later flight, you can leave your luggage at the hotel. Everything is perfect

Clean Smelt nice:: entering the left to go upstairs the room, everything smelt nice and clean. Good size, we had the double size bedroom and it was a good size . The only thing I would say is it was quite noisy on the streets. The bus is going by in the morning. .

The buses came by in the morning, it was a bit noisy. There was no toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, or any of the products that one should receive when booking a room at a hotel .

I loved the bedroom - so spacious, good bed, pillows and clean sheets and towels, nice wardrobe and desk; I also liked the breakfast, the friendly staff (always ready to help you!) and the location (so close to a metro station and bus stops!)

I didn´t like the outside of the hotel and the bad smell around it. It doesn´t look as nice from the outside and the reception has a the feel of a very old hotel. Yet, when you go to your room, everything is modern and so good! The staff friendliness compensates all of that!!

The staff were all very friendly. We forgot some cheese in the fridge and they kept it for us so we could take it before going home. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. We were only there for one night and arrived at around 2am, making the 24/7 reception perfect for us. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and the metro station around 150m away, which is ideal for those who want easy access to travel methods.

The shower could use some maintenance as the rubber was mouldy and the taps were very old. Other than that, no complaints at all!

Location - right at a big junction with metro and bus stops a few steps away. Staff were helpful, could store the luggage post checkout. Basically a no nonsense hotel with basic rooms at a good location. Good for just night stay.

I had a single room - the space was really tight. Hardly had room to use and work with the luggage. Surprisingly the bathroom was pretty large. The hotel is dated, needs a refurbishment.

I liked how clean the hotel was from the reception area, and my bedroom. The staff at reception were very helpful. They also spoke good English which was very much appreciated. I liked that it was located close to the Metro and where I could go for a long walk. Great value for money.

The only think I didn't like, or at least could be improved is that I could not get any English speaking channels on the TV in my room.

Really helpful staff and decent amenities. They gave us one 3 person configuration of rooms to better suit our family’s requirements and agreed to pack some breakfast food (for a small payment) for the onwards train journey we had to undertake.

1. Wish their restaurant served food other than breakfast also. During our stay, it rained heavily in Madrid and we couldn’t get food delivered to us. Since their kitchen only served breakfast, we had to struggle in the rain and flooded streets to get food. 2. A kettle would be nice to have in the rooms

Single rooms are very small but still comfortable, with as comfy bed against the wall, a tiny desk with a lamp, a closet and luggage rack. The minibar is a nice touch. Furniture and ceiling fine plasterwork are amazing. Breakfast is simple and enough for me, the lady serving the hot drinks is welcoming.

Very small lift – only one person with luggage will fit in, which I find inadequate for a several story building.

Hotel was clean, rooms were nice and cozy and the breakfast was enough for few days. The hotel is right next to the metro station. For the price was excellent.

Thin walls, you hear everything from the neighbours room. Breakfast was every morning exactly the same. No fresh vegetables.

Location is 2-3 minutes work from Legazpi metro station. You can get from there to the city center in 15-25 minutes. The neighborhood itself is self-sufficient with shops and restaurants around. I got a two-bedroom upgrade and the bathroom/shower there is amazing in terms of light. Basically, shower in the balcony section but it's a really nice design decision. Room has a fridge, so you can leave some drink/food bought in nearby supermarkets or bakeries.

Noise. It depends on the neighbors, it was ok but it's definitely not soundproof. Outside noise mostly cancelled by the windows except very loud motorbikes. Breakfast options are quite limited especially for 3-star hotel. One or two types of cheese, ham, bread, some fruits. However, coffee was descent (for the price of breakfast).
